A brand has its own identity, attitude, beliefs, story and character – and just like many successful startups, airasia MOVE is our new identity and our story to tell. We are in the midst of formulating a brand identity that has relevant content with an emotional promise and has an appealing personality. This brand of ours coupled with our current fast-paced on-goings (new deals, new brand image, new hires, new JVs) should be effectively communicated both internally amongst our airasia MOVE family and externally with our stakeholders and the public.
As an Intern PR & Communications, you will be working with a mix of Thailand PR and Regional PR team. This role will be based out of our office in Bangkok, Thailand.
On a daily basis, you will work across internal teams including the Marketing, Merchant, Merchandising, Partnership and Product team, as well as other Lines of Businesses in airasia MOVE.
You will fit perfectly if you enjoy a fast-paced working environment with passionate colleagues. Having a knack for capturing the spirit of a concept with still and moving images, and a willingness to experiment with fun-spirited visual communications will make you stand out in this application!
A DAY IN A LIFE
As a start-up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:
Contribute to creative ideation and execution of all communications activities, including for internal communications, external marketing campaigns, and for visual and merchandising problems that may arise
Coordinate and execute design and visual solutions for corporate and marketing campaigns, in still or moving images
Collaborate with creative, marketing, branding, product and other teams
In the loop of industry-wide trends to create engaging and culturally relevant visual communications that inspires, engages and sells

SKILLS
These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role:
Proficient in a variety of methods to convey ideas and concepts (e.g. storytelling, storyboards, mood boards, concept treatments, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines and adapt quickly to changes
Independent and requires minimal supervision
Meticulous and self-driven
Fun with a positive nature

Detailed oriented and thoughtfulness that are translated in the deliveries of your work
Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure
People person and team player
Resourcefulness in finding solutions
Strong design background; understanding of typography, layout, form, color and spatialization; well versed in design process and production methods
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Degree or Studying in Mass Communications, Advertising, Media, Journalism or English Language
Can commit with at least 3 months internship and above
