We are recruiting a Team Leader to support one of our clients following an acquired brain injury that he sustained in a car accident a number of years ago. The salary for the role is up to £16 per hour, depending on experience. Are you what we are looking for? Here is a message from him:

The salary for this role is £16.00 per hour.
Duties
Your duties will include co-ordinating the rota to ensure cover is in place at all times, ensuring the smooth running of the team and that everybody knows what they are doing. You will work on shift for the majority of your hours supporting with personal care, social and leisure activities and rehabilitation activities, whilst also having some time to work off shift to complete the rotas and supervision of the rest of the team.
Key skills, knowledge and experience:
You should have previous experience of working in the Health Sector.
Driving licence and car owner is essential.
You should be trained to NVQ/Diploma Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or have equivalent experience e.g. completed year 1/level 4 of a recognised health profession degree course)
