Salesforce Release Lead, Senior

In this role, you’ll manage the delivery of advanced digital solutions. You will be responsible for the release management lifecycle including the planning, testing, tracking, release, deployment, communication, and risk management of the solution. You will work with a cross-functional team to ensure the successful deployment of the solution while aligning with third-party processes. You will also be responsible for improving release processes according to project scope and prioritization by understanding development dependencies and how changes to one part of a product can affect the stability of the whole. You will be responsible for recommending process improvements to be applied across the Salesforce domain to improve the speed and quality of release deployments.

You Have:
- Experience in the development of tools and processes to drive DevOps or DevSecOps maturity by automating builds, regression testing, monitoring, and pushing releases across environments
- Experience with troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving issues with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipeline failures or slowness
- Experience with Salesforce development release processes and tools
- Ability to build and manage relationships effectively with clients, third-party partners, and internal stakeholders
- Experience with unlocking packages and package development model
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
- Experience in working with the Department of Veterans Affairs
- Salesforce Certifications, including Development Life cycle and Deployment Designer, Administrator, or Platform App Builder
- Copado Certifications, including Copado Administrator or Copado Developer
- ITIL Certification in release management

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
