Responsibilities:
1. General office and outreach administration
- Day-to-day outreach administrative duties include but are not limited to:
- processing of cancer screening signups, issuance of paperwork, follow-up, and post-screening reviews.
- Processing/ Collection of surveys both online and offline

- Maintain, and update databases and admin-related policies for both cancer screenings and events.
- Manage preparations for meetings and reports as required.
- Handling of general/external inquiries via phone or email.

- Inventory management of all cancer screenings and events-related logistics.

- Prepare/collate billings and payments for submission to Finance.

- Any other ad hoc administrative matters or projects as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

Technical Competencies:

• Minimum 1 years work experience in a similar role will be an advantage
• Knowledge of office procedures and admin management
• Proficient with MS Office Suite, Google Suite and basic IT knowledge
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, bilingual

Purpose of Job:

Key responsibility areas

Administration Support

· Attend to incoming calls, emails, postal mails, walk-in, visitors and general enquiries

· Liaise with vendors to support purchase requisition of office supplies

· Responsible to source, negotiate and manage purchases for the Society

· Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with specifications required

· In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery

· Provide other ad-hoc administrative support as assigned

Donor and Fundraising Administration Support

· Maintain records of sent and bounced donor mails and inform fundraising team for follow-up

· Verify that donation forms have been adequately completed

· Issue donation receipt for walk-in donors and donors who donate through mail

Finance Support

· Process petty cash reimbursement

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a Social Service Organisation

Qualifications:

Diploma in Accounting related

Other Requirements:

· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word

· Basic bookkeeping knowledge would be advantageous

The Senior Dietitian shall support the Allied Health Services Team in providing our clients with quality nutrition and dietetic services and promoting cancer-preventive lifestyles in the community.

Purpose of Job:

• Lead the Nutrition and Dietetics (N&D) team to provide exemplary services.
• Ensure the effective operation of the department.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for Nutrition and Dietetics (N&D) services and programs.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery and client care.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Consultation

• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to the N&D team.
• Oversee the assessment and monitoring of the nutritional status of clients.
• Ensure individualised dietary treatment and nutrition care plans are developed and implemented.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care.

Nutrition Advocacy

• Lead the planning, development, and execution of educational programs, such as workshops, health talks, and cooking demonstrations.
• Foster and maintain partnerships with community and healthcare organisations to expand outreach efforts.

Publications

• Oversee the curation and development of educational materials about healthy eating habits and nutritional facts.

Food Service

• Supervise and guide kitchen staff in executing recipes that meet dietary guidelines.
• Oversee the planning, review, and revision of the Social Service Centre (SSC) kitchen menu, including special occasion menus.
• Lead kitchen food safety and hygiene audits to ensure cleanliness and compliance with standards.

Referral & External Stakeholder Liaison

• Refer clients to relevant information or resources specific to their needs, including referral to healthcare professionals where appropriate.
• Work closely with the clinical team to ensure best practice and high-quality care.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics or related discipline BSc in Food & Nutrition.
• Preferably a full member of the Singapore Nutrition and Dietetics Association (SNDA)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting with oncology experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Must be willing to commute between our Social Service Centres

Requirements:

The Volunteer Management Executive shall support the Fundraising, Marketing & Volunteer Management Team in the management of volunteers and outreach activities including fulfilling the needs for volunteers across the organisation.

He/she will reports directly to the Assistant Director of Fundraising, Marketing & Volunteer Management.

Duties and Responsibilities

Volunteer Management

- Recruitment of volunteers, deployment and retention

- Coordinate volunteer related activities and programmes

- Identify volunteer training needs and organise training programme for volunteers

- Plan and organise volunteer engagement and appreciation sessions

- Maintain the volunteer management system database and collation of required reports

- Assist in production of communication collaterals

- Maintain and develop 365CPS’s detox lymphatic exercise activities and operations

Community Outreach

- Organise and conduct outreach activities with corporate partners and community stakeholders

- Network and develop collaborations with relevant external stakeholders

- Conduct community services development talk

- Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

- Degree or Diploma in any discipline.

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar capacity preferably from a Social Services Agency, Non-Profit Organisation sector.

- Resourceful, adaptable and takes initiative to drive improvements & developments.

- Ability to organise workload and prioritise time management

- Good interpersonal skills to maintain a strong relationship with all stakeholders
