Assist in daily review of patient encounters and entry of data involving the stroke patient population. Perform analysis and reporting of data to program colleagues. Provide administrative departmental support for the program through compiling data for presentation and standardized reporting.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a healthcare setting to include experience coordinating patient care and supporting clinical services and/or programs required.
- High school education or equivalent required.
- Ability to remain organized at all times required.
- Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources including team members and other departments required.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and direct a workgroup required.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in supporting data and analytics preferred.
- Clinical healthcare training as a Medical Assistant or CNA.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, technology, or business-related field preferred
- Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision preferred.
- Possess the ability to be flexible to a rapidly changing environment preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills preferred.
- Ability to create presentations using technology (PowerPoint) preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Scheduling, and other Microsoft Office Suite applications preferred.
