Create and Coordinate Approved Projects

Gather previous history and job details from Advertising files, reviewers, designers, and Marketing personnel to create detailed projects for the photography team to complete. Communicate and collaborate within cross-functional departments and clients regarding all projects deadlines, requirements, and solutions. Take and distribute minutes during key meetings.

Oversee Scheduling

Schedule resources for photo shoots and oversee the deadlines for projects and their phases. Assign tasks, set priorities, and provide guidance in the completion of tasks and deliverables. Assign student schedules during the semester. Accurately maintain department calendars.

Monitor Project Progress

Monitor the day-to-day progress of active projects ensuring tasks are updated and completed on time. Maintain an on-going list of projects while actively measuring projects against milestones to ensure timely and successful completion. Assists with generating reports and tracking measurable success and progress for the Photography team.

Maintain Photography Inventory

Maintain a detailed equipment inventory and make recommendations for equipment upgrades, replacements, and repairs. Coordinate with the Advertising secretary on approved purchases and repairs. Regularly check condition and cleanliness of equipment and equipment storage.

Research
Has a solid understanding of market trends and takes time to perform in-depth research. Researches the best way to promote the brand positioning and narrative while targeting the proper audience.

Develop/Analyze
Assist with developing creative briefs for the creative team. Develop strategies for the best way to promote the client's company based on research and current marketing trends. Initiate ad flights through various ad platforms. Analyze flight result data and make adjustments to the tactics and strategy to accomplish the desired results. Provide Google Analytics reports to the Advertising Account Manager for client updates.

Collaboration
Work in a team environment to develop marketing strategy and tactic plans. Work with the Advertising creative team to develop innovative ideas for use with marketing tactics to increase the client company's brand awareness.

Communication
Communicate on an as needed basis with the client to make needed strategy or tactic adjustments to current marketing flights. Provide recommendations to the client and account manager for future marketing flights.

Relationship/Communication
Develop strong relationships with clients and facilitate communication between the client and the cross-functional Advertising Services team with the goal of improving the entire client experience. Be able to communicate clearly with multiple clients and keep track of the clients projects, while maintaining a strong attention to detail. Schedule check in and planning meetings with clients and maintain detailed notes from these meetings.

Solutions
Use active listening skills to understand client concerns or ideas, and then communicate the information to the Advertising team. Work with the Advertising team to develop a solution. Provide the solution back to the client and communicate any additional thoughts back to the Advertising team. Throughout the process, ensure the client's needs are being met by the Advertising team.

Reporting
Regularly review client project information dashboards in the Advertising project management system. Follow up with Advertising teams on projects as needed or when requested by the client. Receive regular reporting from Marketing Strategist, Market Researcher, Social Media Coordinator, and Project Manager to distribute to the client.

Monitor
Monitor client's budget to ensure that Advertising is working within the approved marketing plan budget. Make client aware of changes, project status, and gather needed information for the project to keep moving.

Oversee the Paint and Finish Shop

Manage a crew of staff and student personnel, training new employees in various department skills. Handle personnel issues within the shop, and administer problem reports as needed. Enforce ministry and department standards. Inspect personnel's work, monitor painting techniques, and ensure adherence to specifications.

Coordinate Projects

Coordinate with other ministry departments to ensure work completion. Create and maintain relationships with Architects, Designers, Vendors, and Contractors. Request contracts and purchase orders as needed.

Maintain Shop Standards

Research products, equipment, and techniques to ensure that the Paint shop is running as efficiently as possible. Inspect the work of hired contractors and PCC personnel. Verify that each crew is following safety guidelines, utilizing proper protective equipment, and leaving a clean job site.

Complete Work Orders

Perform excellent work with a quality-minded focus. Complete assigned work orders as required, meeting all required deadlines.

Assist Prospective Students
Guide prospective students and applicants through the admissions process. Accurately answer questions about PCC over the phone, email, text, chat, social media, and in person.

Maintain Applicant Contact
Regularly contact applicants by phone, email, and text messaging to guide the individual through the application process. Use specific campaigns and schedules to strategically plan and create awareness of important deadlines throughout the admissions process.

Assist with Promotional Events
Professionally present during college events to promote the college by way of social media, webinars, and presentations. Maintain and update presentations and resources on a consistent basis. Be willing to work flexible hours during promotional events.

Maintain Ministry Keys

Check out ministry keys including office vehicles, housing, building, room, and master keys to approved individuals. Maintain key records. Prepare new employee keys and send out reminders for keys to be returned. Provide key checkout information for terminating staff.

Provide Cashier Support

Oversee the annual PCA missionary offering deposits, and check donation edits. Provide change for other departments and manage vault funds.

Process Donations and Deposits

Process donations to various departments. Process miscellaneous deposits and prepare them for the bank runner. Manage deposits and provide receipts for camp and clinic mail.

Additional Cashier Responsibilities

Prepare travel packets, as well as, prepare and balance cash for camper card refunds. Process all ministry deposit paperwork and record deposit entries in the Cash Receipts Journal for Accounting. Update and order Miscellaneous Deposit Slips to be printed as needed.

Follow Design Templates
Complete the layout and production of simple items such as video manuals, curriculums, quiz and test books, etc. Ensure that the correct templates are used and all design specifications are followed.

Use Effective Styles
Maintain an updated knowledge of paragraph, character, glyph, and object styles in InDesign. Know and utilize the best ways to format text, asking for clarification if needed.

Communicate on Projects
Communicate with Writer/Editors to verify that jobs are done accurately and without errors. Check to make sure book size, page margins, profiles, and font size are correct for each product.

Execute Established Designs
Work closely with a Designer and Writer/Editor to complete the layout of major textbooks that designers have set up. When working with designers and writer/editors, facilitate solutions that could help designers with projects. Seek to learn from experienced designers.

Type and Edit Manuals
Type and edit all manual pages, front matter, and appendices following latest edition of school products and using video manual templates. Make pages available to PCA according to the video calendar.

Consult Sources
Compare manual pages with the latest editions of video manuals to ensure current and accurate content and format. Communicate with PCA principal, Abeka educational consultant, and ABA principal when questions arise.

Submit Job Bags
Submit incremental video manual job bags to the Production Director for layout and design. Ensure that all project deadlines are met.

Edit and Finalize Projects
Continue editing through the minimal number of job bag rounds. Submit projects for approval to print, meeting production deadlines.

Research Designs
Read the corresponding text and meet with the Writer/Editor to obtain a full understanding of the product. Find five sources to inspire the design. Develop original themed layouts for the book using effective design elements, art, photos, type, and colors. Verify the Abeka parameters for the product. Create exciting designs that bring energy to the pages.

Design Creative Type
Design book titles for various covers. Choose type in the headings and body text that is appropriate for grade level. Pick inviting fonts that will draw students and teachers in.

Create Effective Color Schemes
Use strong triad color schemes. Strive to coordinate colors well and pick colors that are up to date. Effectively implement color moods and color appropriateness for each grade level.

Coordinate with Artists and Illustrators
Oversee Production Artists to complete the layout of text. Work with Illustrators to develop age and theme-appropriate art. With Production Artists' help, creatively balance items on pages to make attractive spreads. Complete projects in a timely manner to meet all deadlines.

Track, Analyze, and Present Internal Performance Data

Collect data on product development benchmarks to ensure timely delivery of products to customers. Analyze data for products with at-risk timelines and present concerns and solutions to Quality Manager and Product Manager.

Collect, Analyze, and Present Market Data

Collect data on customers, competitors, and the market place. Research and compile data on industry best practices and coordinate with the quality manager to develop training modules. Research and project educational trends, making recommendation for future product development. Maintains Surface Finishes
Prepare surfaces for finishing. Apply paint and stain according to the Materials Technical Data and Safety Data Sheets. Complete all assigned work orders accurately and efficiently.

Repair Surfaces
Tape and fill cracks, holes, divots and joints using spackle, caulk, putty, plaster or other fillers. Strip off old wall paper or paint as needed.

Install Promotional Items
Assist in installing and removing various promotional items on the ministry billboards and banners on and off campus. Safely operate various lifts as needed.

Maintain and Clean Materials
Clean and maintain all painting equipment, including spray guns, brushes, and rollers. Organize the paint shop. Prepare and protect various job sites before completing projects.

Oversee Exterior Maintenance
Assist the Foreman as needed in the following: Supervise student workers in pressure washing of campus facilities, four stories and below. Maintain roofs, drains and gutters to prevent flooding. Operate and maintain small engines and maintenance equipment, maintaining the cleanliness of building exteriors. Train and oversee student workers during pressure wash operations

Operate Aerial Lifts
Assist the Foreman as needed in the following: Operate aerial lifts for exterior building maintenance and assist the Photographers when aerial shoots require using a lift. Use the aerial lifts to install and remove pole banners for Special Events at the College and Camp O' the Pines.

Assist with Special Events
Assist the Foreman as needed in the following: Assist the Maintenance department as needed in the setup of special events. Prepare Greek Rush trailers and set up Greek Rush booths. Set up and remove the nets around the paintball and Grant fields as needed.

Assist in Overseeing Christmas Lights Setup
Supervise a crew of students and staff to hang exterior Christmas lights throughout campus. Coordinate with the Electrical department regarding power needs for Christmas Lights decorations. Set up campus Christmas trees as requested by the Interiors department.
