Advertising Account Manager
The Advertising Account Manager is the lead point of contact for any Advertising projects requested by their assigned clients. They are focused on developing a strong, long lasting client relationship. The Account Manager streamlines communication for both the client and the Advertising team by gathering information, frequently checking on the status of the client's current Advertising projects, and anticipating everything the client will need from Advertising. Listening well, being helpful and kind, as well as being an excellent communicator are key requirements for this position.
Relationship/Communication
Develop strong relationships with clients and facilitate communication between the client and the cross-functional Advertising Services team with the goal of improving the entire client experience. Be able to communicate clearly with multiple clients and keep track of the clients projects, while maintaining a strong attention to detail. Schedule check in and planning meetings with clients and maintain detailed notes from these meetings.
Solutions
Use active listening skills to understand client concerns or ideas, and then communicate the information to the Advertising team. Work with the Advertising team to develop a solution. Provide the solution back to the client and communicate any additional thoughts back to the Advertising team. Throughout the process, ensure the client's needs are being met by the Advertising team.
Reporting
Regularly review client project information dashboards in the Advertising project management system. Follow up with Advertising teams on projects as needed or when requested by the client. Receive regular reporting from Marketing Strategist, Market Researcher, Social Media Coordinator, and Project Manager to distribute to the client.
Monitor
Monitor client's budget to ensure that Advertising is working within the approved marketing plan budget. Make client aware of changes, project status, and gather needed information for the project to keep moving.

Education
Bachelor's Degree: Business Administration (Required), Bachelor's Degree: Business Management (Required), Bachelor's Degree: Office Administration (Required), MBA: Management, MBA: Marketing
Work Experience
1+ years in customer service, 1+ years in project management, 2+ years in customer service, 2+ years in project management
Physical Requirements and Skills
Microsoft Office, Operate standard office equipment, Project Management Software (PMS), Stamina to perform typical office functions, Verbal Presentations
