The Securities & Derivatives Sr Manager is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department in an effort to process orders and transactions originating from trading desks and branch offices in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of securities and derivatives transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business initiatives, client solutions, or projects affiliated with securities and derivatives settlement

The Senior Audit Manager is a senior level management position responsible for managing a complex and critical unit within Internal Audit, in coordination with the Audit team. This position is responsible for management of Risk Weighted Assets "RWA" Analytics within the Capital Controllers Group, specifically focused on derivatives analysis and RWA calculation relative to Basel Rule.

The candidate will work closely with key partners leading the Standardized RWA transformation efforts including Basel III Endgame readiness. Key partners including the Business, Markets Transformation, Chief Data Office (CDO), Capital Planning, Enterprise Technology Services (ETS), Corporate Regulatory Reporting (CRR) and Finance and Risk Senior Management.

This role will be responsible for managing the CISO Manager’s Control Assessment (MCA) Execution Team primarily responsible for developing and executing strategies to innovate, support and help lead global MCA Transformation efforts including approach design, development, implementation, reporting, and governance. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Contributes to standards around which others will operate. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the entire function.  May have responsibility for planning, budgeting, and policy/standard formulation within area of expertise. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading CISO’s Manager’s Control Assessment (MCA) team to ensure compliance with enterprise risk management policies and standards (e.g., MCA Standards and Procedures)

Transaction Management will be responsible for supporting multiple aspects of the lending lifecycle including but not limited to loan closing and servicing coordination, facilitating complex client onboarding, data management, and quality control.  The team will be accountable and responsible for operational oversight of the closing and servicing of all loan transactions of the business division being supported to ensure all internal and external requirements are met.

Responsibilities:

• Working with internal and external partners in loan servicing, credit risk, Borrowers, and the servicer to process borrower requests (ex: lease reviews, Borrower restructures, property management changes, etc).
• Must have the ability to comprehend and interpret the credit memo and underwriting analysis to appropriately communicate issues to all pertinent parties and ensure all closing conditions are satisfied prior to closing.
• Requires knowledge and understanding of CCC’s various lending programs to make judgment calls and decisions throughout the closing process to ensure a successful closing.
• Review deal summary and legal documents to ensure the risk profile and deal structure are captured across all systems to allow for accurate financial and business reporting.
• Review title and survey comments prepared by counsel and follow up if required.
• Prepare closing settlement statement, review closing costs, coordinate with Operations to set up funding, and complete delivery package for post-closing servicing.
• Address borrower inquiries and have proper judgment experience to know when issues should be elevated.
• Assist with the creation of processes, standards, procedures, controls, training, and implementation of transaction management.
• Aid in the design and implementation of technology including testing and rollout.
• Ensure that quality of data, controls and processes performed meet internal policies and regulatory requirements/expectations.
• Work with lines of business, transaction management, and loan operations to define and implement operational metrics and risk and control reviews to ensure all stakeholders have end to end transparency.
• Participate in projects to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Take part in loan remediation and loan system testing / migrations.
• Actively manage and maintain a deal closing pipeline of loan transactions.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years relevant experience

This position is responsible for supporting Risk Weighted Assets "RWA" Analytics within the Capital Controllers Group, specifically focused on derivatives analysis and RWA calculation relative to Basel Rule.

The candidate will work closely with key partners leading the Standardized RWA transformation efforts including Basel III Endgame readiness. Key partners including the Business, Markets Transformation, Chief Data Office (CDO), Capital Planning, Enterprise Technology Services (ETS), Corporate Regulatory Reporting (CRR) and Finance and Risk Management.

The candidate will have a strong understanding of trading book exposures and a solid track record of performing detailed financial analysis, root cause analysis, impact assessments, financial reporting, Board reporting, and developing key performance indicators to measure success.

Key success factors will be this position’s ability to deliver on key milestones within the finance transformation efforts, establish trusted partner relationships with key stakeholders and effective expectation management through superior communication and metrics within the RWA workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Support analysis of Basel RWA Reporting based on US Regulatory requirements.  Primary focus will be on the Trading Book RWA (Derivatives)
• Assess impact of transforming derivatives RWA data model
• Build standard metrics reporting, impact assessments, and reporting of ongoing monitoring of any exceptions
• Recommend goals, changes, and plans for RWA Reporting for relevant scope
• Ensure close processing financial controls are performed as expected

The Governance, Communications and Reporting Officer will support Citi’s engagement with its regulators globally in order to strategically monitor, track and integrate Citi’s overall regulatory strategy and engagement with the Business, Functional, and Cluster Regulatory Management Leads and Coordinators.

Citi’s GRE team is responsible for the engagement strategy in coordination with the business, functional, and regional regulatory engagement leads, across all of Citi’s U.S.-based prudential and capital markets supervisors. This role provides a unique opportunity to see across Citi as a part of the GRE team, which is charged with enhancing our engagements with regulators in order to transform how we conduct business at the foundational level.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and issuing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on regulatory actions and routines, including analysis and preparation of dashboards, metrics, and presentation materials.
• Supporting Regulatory Standards and GRE leads with ad hoc and periodic reporting needs and meeting preparation.
• Analyzing and summarizing regulatory exam and action information to effectively communicate status, key highlights, and watch items to senior management within GRE and across the organization.
• Providing regular updates to management regarding regulatory matters and potential matters of concern, including issuance of regular reporting and communications to senior management.
• Leading and partnering in cross-workstream communications initiatives in close partnership with GRE and Business and Functional Regulatory Management teams globally to facilitate and drive appropriate and timely management escalation and understanding of current and emerging regulatory trends.
• Creating and maintaining standardized regulatory exam management tools and templates to drive consistency and best practices in regulatory exam management, deliverables, and responses across Citi’s Business and Function Regulatory Management teams.
• Maintaining reporting and materials consistently via Teams, SharePoint or other controlled central repositories.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance reporting controls, efficiency, and effectiveness via manual and automated means.
• Participating in and supporting reporting-related enhancement activities including documentation, review, testing, and providing subject matter expertise as needed.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Citi’s Global Regulatory Engagement (GRE) Policy, Standards, and Procedures
• Experience with or previous exposure to Citi’s Regulatory Engagement Tracking (RET) system, internal control functions and regulators

The Senior Auditor is an intermediate level role responsible for managing a small team in performing moderately complex Risk-related regulatory issue validations in coordination with the Audit team. The overall objective is to apply in-depth disciplinary knowledge through value-added perspectives or advisory service to help Citi reach business goals.

Transaction Management will be responsible for supporting multiple aspects of the lending lifecycle including but not limited to loan closing and servicing coordination, facilitating complex client onboarding, data management, and quality control.  The team will be accountable and responsible for operational oversight of the closing and servicing of all loan transactions of the business division being supported to ensure all internal and external requirements are met.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the build and development team to support loan origination and lifecycle management which includes large complex syndicated and bilateral loans covering but not limited to corporate, commercial, real estate, structured lending and trade.

Job Description Summary:
 

A key aspect of the IA Data and Technology group’s responsibilities is to provide Internal Audit with business intelligence and insight to enable strategic and operational decision-making across the organization. Reporting to IA’s Business Intelligence (BI) Lead, the BI Lead Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders across IA and Global Functions Technology to enable, manage and support IA’s Business Intelligence environment.   

This role will assist in defining the strategy for IA’s Business Intelligence department, including processes, governance, branding and reporting.  The role requires a combination of analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills to build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the organization while delivering exceptional insight and analytics to Internal Audit.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop dashboards, reports, and other business intelligence and analytics in a variety of platforms, including IBM Cognos and Tableau.
• Develop and maintain good working knowledge of IA’s methodology, especially as it relates to audit execution, issue validation and other assurance activities, and the subsequent impact of these activities on IA’s metrics.
• Resolve complex and highly variable issues related to reporting, including redundancies across outputs, assessing impact of inaccurate or outdated logic, new or changing requirements, and other issues that may arise in an evolving BI environment.
