As an Senior ServiceNow Engineer , you will be working within the Cyber Security Engineering and Architecture space, supporting Citi’s Security Response Module (ServiceNow), developing solutions, visualizations and identifying opportunities to automate processes for the Automation and Tooling teams.

Responsibilities:

• Customizing the ServiceNow Security Incident Response application to fit business needs.  

• Writing, modifying, and debugging JavaScript code for ServiceNow rules and scripts.

• Leading and driving collaboration across CISO teams as a member of the Automation and Tooling team.

• Implement mechanisms to feed data sources into repositories from multiple sources

• Support general technology break / fix requests

• Perform migration activities Dev/UAT/Prod

• Coordinate Service Catalog options, including two-step checkout, cart controls, and variables

Qualifications:

The Role:

The Senior Cybersecurity Biometrics Engineer (Level 3) is a senior level position that will be responsible for performing Level 3 operations work in the Authentication Services space on the enterprise platform, which is supported by 24x7 * 365 days across the globe.

This role will require development knowledge to work most effectively with application developers in troubleshooting issues related to application code, but there will not be direct coding to be done. Regardless, the ideal candidate will have to work with developers to solve coding related issues in integrating with authentication services technologies. The job is heavy on client interaction and requires excellent communication and documentation skills.

The candidate must be willing to work in an operational support environment with various shifts as required on a monthly basis at minimum. There is NO night shift.

Responsibilities:

• Support business by working with developers and analysts with troubleshooting issues related to application coding and Biometrics
• Support our customers to successfully deploy and utilize our Biometrics products

• Work with vendor support and architects on a regular basis to be able to track the issue to closure as Level 3 SME

The Business Risk and Control Group Manager is accountable for management of complex/critical/large professional disciplinary areas.
