LCMHC, LCSW or Relevant Associate Level license at Neil Dobbins Center
RHA is hiring a Clinical Team Lead for the Neil Dobbins Center (NDC)! NDC is a 16-bed inpatient facility-based crisis center in Asheville, NC. We provide short-term crisis stabilization and substance use detox services.
The Clinical Team Lead is a licensed clinician who provides oversight of case management services at NDC. The Clinical Team Lead also provides therapeutic services on the unit as needed (individual and group). This is a supervisory position that oversees a team of Qualified Professionals. The Clinical Team Lead ensures positive unit milieu and assists in crisis de-escalation as needed.
Salary: $55,000 - $60,000/year
Work Location: Neil Dobbins Center - 356 Biltmore Ave., Asheville, NC 28801
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Position Requirements:
Graduate degree in Counseling or a related field
Licensed to provide mental health services in NC. Licenses include LCSW, LCMHC or relevant associate level license.
General working knowledge of the human services delivery system in North Carolina
Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
Ability to perform tasks on the computer including working with Microsoft 360, Excel, Word and other basic programs.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance.
Ability to communicate with an inter-disciplinary team that includes medical and non-licensed professionals.
Supervisory experiences preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities:
Providing therapeutic services including assessments, crisis intervention, individual and group therapy to individuals served including but not limited to adults and children/ adolescents.
Serving individuals with wide variety of mental health and substance use diagnoses.
Facilitating relationships and serving as a link between the company, parents, guardians, local agencies and the community
Supporting individuals with connections to services and referral for holistic treatment.
Working closely with other clinical/professional staff to maintain communication and providing feedback, standardizing procedures and expediting treatment implementation.
