The Opportunity

The incumbent shall act as first level support and resolution to all reported issues, incidents and queries related to IT (hardware, software and company's application) and participate in all infrastructure improvement activities. Daily tasks will include managing the helpdesk service requests, incidents, hardware maintenance and end user support. • Working closely with IT Software team to ensure escalated tickets are attended to and closed. Provide software IT technical assistance wherever necessary
• Participate in IT projects when required; not restricting to Infrastructure activities only

Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Engineering or related
• At least 2-3 years of onsite desktop support experience in hardware diagnosis and troubleshooting in a medium-large size organization
• Hands-on experience in supporting PC/notebook hardware, network printer, MS Windows and standard software (MS office, Antivirus, internet browser) and Outlook client, desktop setup, wireless setup, Active directory, VPN setup/troubleshooting
• Basic knowledge of System Server Administration

As part of our IT Infrastructure team, the incumbent will support & contribute to the IT enterprise architecture, capacity planning, design, evaluation, and deployment of IT systems, covering network equipment, IT services, applications, productivity and collaboration technologies.

The Opportunity

• Design, implement, manage, and monitor all installed IT systems, Network, Cloud Infrastructure
• Proactively monitor and protect system boundaries, patch release status, and keeping systems and networks hardened against attacks, ensure the highest levels of systems, network and infrastructure availability

The Candidate:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Engineering or related
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the capacity of System Engineer ideally in a medium-large size organization
• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols and technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, Wireless, etc
• Hands-on experience with network equipment from vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, Checkpoint, Aruba, Ruckus, etc.
• Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.

Job Description
- Safely transport a variety of goods from warehouses or distribution centers to customer locations.
- Ensure that all goods are securely loaded and unloaded, following proper handling procedures.
