Responsibilities

• Safely transport company executives to and from destinations.
• Regularly wash and detail the car to keep it clean and presentable, both inside and out.
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment.
• Keep track of vehicle maintenance and schedule regular servicing.
• Always maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Familiarize yourself with local routes and traffic patterns.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding any vehicle issues or road hazards.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ diploma level and at least 1 - 2 year(s) or above of
• working experience in manufacturing warehousing.
• Required skill(s): Computer literate and knowledge in Auto Count System will add advantage.
• Forklift driving experience and can communicate well with other people. (Male/ Female)
• Priority to whom can speak mandarin, can write in Bahasa Malaysia, able to start work
• immediately.

Job Description:-

• Safely drive the Director & family to and from office, appointment, school, attending activities/occasion.
• Must be able to be contacted at any time, also present at all places punctually as may be stipulated or directed by the Director all the time during working hours and on stand-by time slot as designated.
• Perform all duties assigned honestly, diligently and professional as well as keeping Director & family information strictly confidential at all time also reacts quickly to emergency situations to protects Director & family.
• Perform any other tasks/responsibilities which are assigned by Director.

Requirements:-

• At least 1-2 years experience in related field with clean driving records and possess valid driving license is required for this position.
• Medically and physically fit with no criminal record.
• Familiar with Klang Valley roads and able to navigate and use necessary tech application (Waze, Google maps etc)
• Able to start work immediately is an added advantage.
• Possess own transport with valid driving license
• Non-smoking & Non-alcoholism
• Must be willing to work long hours, and when required, on weekends and Public Holiday

Key Responsibilities:
