Job Responsibilities:

• Handle and coordinate all procedures and documentation pertaining to import and export shipments, including liaising with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs.
• Optimise customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
• Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution.
• Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
• Keep in touch with industry's developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement.
• Maintain resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.

 Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a SPM/O-level or higher qualification.

Job Responsibilities

* Monitor the shipping activity with regard to the preparation of Shipping Documentation, Shipping Instructions, Scheduling, L/C documentation,

and other shipping-related matters to ensure timely delivery/arrival of goods and customs clearance.

* Experience for all import and sales tax exemptions which include managing forwarding agents, shipping line, haulage, trucking, insurance and customs clearance.

* Liaise and coordinate with overseas suppliers

* Ensure compliance with the customer’s shipping instructions and ensuring all import shipping documents are in order.

* Liaise with the shipping agent to ensure all shipping documents compile and receive on time.

* Coordinates and liaises the load-out schedule with the warehouse to ensure the timely and accurate load-out and receiving of all products.

* Follow up and liaise with internal dept/section to clarify and reconcile any data discrepancies, etc

* Responsible for processing products claims in accordance with supplier claimant terms and conditions

* Monitor costing and Inventory status, cost report and documentation preparation.

* To perform assigned Admin jobs as and when required.

Job Requirements

* Able to handle full set of export/import documentation.

* Excellent problem-solving, task prioritization, follow-up and quick learning skills

* Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistic/Shipping/Business Studies/Administration or equivalent.

* At least 2-3 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.

* Strong usage in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook).

* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin

* Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.

Job Descriptions

1. Create invoices on a day-to-day basis, including reviewing, classifying, calculating, posting, and entering invoices into the system.
2. Scanning of invoices into folders and filing of invoices
3. Mailing and emailing invoices to respective customers within the specified deadline
4. Recording and tracking of incoming payments
5. Reconciling accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly recorded.

Job Description

1. Pro-active in greeting and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
2. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
3. Answering phone with well manner, screen and forward incoming phone calls to respective person.
