Job Description

1. Cross checking receiving plan for HMSB/HASB and register into LINSD receiving plan every day.

2. Checking Shipping trolley registration for HMSB/ HASBfor all shop(AF/AE/SP-AF/SPWEPA/WE/MDC)

3. Liasing with forwareder and HMSB logistics/MS regarding any issue for container delivery

4. Cross checking manifest availability inside LINSD for all genpo (33X/33B) using HMSB logistics weekly delivery instruction

5. Registration of case change in case of FMC/YMC from HMSB NM

6. Troubleshooting for case missing/damage issue with HMSB and forwarder.

7. Monitor ITR issue with HMSB KDTR team

8. Support for slide preparation for monthly reporting and in case of problem to present to HMSB and Top Management

9. Create exceptional receiving plan i case of manifest unavailable and share to operation for part traceability

10. Prepare documentation for monthly and yearly stock take event.
