Job Description

We are currently seeking talented individuals with:

• Educational research interest in interdisciplinary studies, including but not limited to STEM education, engineering education
• Able to do literature review and summarize the main findings from the literature
• Able to do qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis including but not limited to field observation, interview, systematic literature review, video analysis, statistical modeling, SEM, HLM

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Director is fully responsible for the overall management, design, development, evaluation, and coordinating of activities for the Center. Assists the components through creative program management and development, in maximizing existing data analysis and collection programs to meet the new and changing needs of the field.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Supports the Director in oversight of all administration functions, including human resource planning and management, financial management and analysis, performance monitoring and reporting systems management, action item tracking, data request coordination, space planning, and any other related activities to assure the fulfillment of the overall administrative standards and process for the office.
