Research studies seek to develop, test and scale novel strategies to optimize engagement of Veterans, caregivers/families, providers, communities, and other interested parties in the research process, incorporating Veteran-centered outcome and lived experience data.
3. Specific duties include analyzing the needs, strategic plans, and goals of Health system Research and making recommendations for new directions and initiatives; conducting semi-annual scientific merit review meetings; identifying and recruiting VA and non-VA scientists to serve on review committees; evaluating HSR merit reviewed projects recommended for funding and contributing to HSR portfolio management; and providing technical and other expertise based on knowledge of HSR merit review programs and procedures, to colleagues and executive staff.
   

We are seeking a highly skilled High-Speed IO Modeling designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electrical or Computer Engineering (Masters/PhD) , with a focus on high speed circuit modeling, statistical analysis, jitter analysis, digital signal processing, and signal integrity. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing IO performance models for chiplet-based high-speed communication protocols and generating complete high-speed link performance matrices based on advanced packaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop IO performance models (Tx, Rx) for chiplet-based high-speed communication protocols such as UCIe, AIB, and others.
• Create complete high-speed link models by integrating IO performance models with advanced packaging interconnects.
• Generate comprehensive high-speed link performance matrices, considering various parameters such as technology node, area, latency, power, number of channels, micro bump pitch, and frequency of data rates.

Required Qualifications:

JOB DESCRIPTION

NGTC (National GaN Technology Centre) in IME is looking for a talent to join its Technology Team for R&D developments. The qualified candidate has opportunities to participate in technical tasks related to RF GaN foundry for the applications up to 140 GHz. This includes the following area:

• Perform experiments to analyse and determine the root cause of failure in GaN devices (e.g. Transistors, Capacitors, Inductors, Resistors, and Diode) and circuits.
• Join the cross-functional teams on appropriate FMEA (Failure Mode Effects & Analysis) techniques to establish an understanding of the failure mechanisms of the devices.
• Drives device reliability/qualification activities, and data correlation studies.
• Manage large & disparate data sets and distil information into concise presentations with possible recommendations as quick feedback to the engineering team.
• Develop new FMEA techniques to improve detection capability, productivity or process optimization.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• PhD degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Materials Science or Physics, MS degree in EE with 5+ years or BS degree with 7+ years of relevant working experiences.
• > three-year of FMEA experience in step-by-step approach for identifying all possible failures in the semiconductor industry.
• FMEA experience in Wide-Bandgap (WBG) devices (GaAs, GaN) is plus.

As an Equipment Engineer, you will own all assigned toolsets. The preferred candidate can troubleshoot difficult and poorly defined problems related to mechanics, electronics, and processes using tool knowledge/experience, SPC, schematics, and other available resources. Some collaboration will be with tool vendors, other area engineers/managers, procurement, and production.

• Provide technical leadership and management of 200MM and 300MM Semiconductor processing equipment in Support of Main Stream Semiconductor Processes and Advanced Packaging processes.
