The Research Administration & Development Office (RADO) is established to serve as an administration & liaison office to support all research works at National Heart Research Institute Singapore, National Heart Centre Singapore.

As a RADO executive, you will assist with research grant applications and manage awarded grants. You will update all grant data in the research administration database in a timely manner and upkeep the maintenance of the database. You are responsible for extracting, processing and collating data relating to research KPIs and ensuring data accuracy. You will also liaise with external grant agencies, the Ministry of Health, other hospitals and professional bodies on grant and administrative matters.

In addition, you will assist in the planning, implementation and administration of research policies and programmes. You will be involved in the research space planning and responsible for the maintenance of equipment inventory. The SingHealth Centre for Population Health Research and Implementation (CPHRI) is the nexus for population health research, innovation, implementation science and evaluation in SingHealth. CPHRI aims to seamlessly leverage data and technology to guide and support population health initiatives and accelerate the implementation of research findings in care delivery and improvement.

You will assist the Principal Investigator to perform a variety of functions such assisting in developing study plans and conducting literature reviews. You will be tasked to prepare Institutional Review Board applications as well as assist in subject recruitment, data collection and data management. You will assist with quality control and preparations for quality assurance. You will be required to liaise with study partners to ensure all study-related activities are carried out efficiently and coordinate project meetings. You will support the work of the Population-based, Unified, Learning System for Enhanced and Sustainable Health (PULSES) Centre Grant which seeks to develop a learning and integrated Regional Health System to address unmet needs and advance population health research in Singapore.

You will assist the Principal Investigator (PI) in conducting literature reviews and systematic reviews as well as assisting with study design and planning. You will conduct quantitative and qualitative research studies and perform data analysis. You will organise analytical and research activities and prepare manuscripts/reports/proposals. Job Description

The Ocular Epidemiological Research Group at SERI conducts ophthalmic epidemiologic research via machine learning in Singapore and Asia. In addition, together with Retina and Glaucoma Research Groups at SERI, we are conducting several clinical projects, collectively involving over 100,000 study subjects, with comprehensive image and genetic data.

For the role of a Research Officer, you will be working in the Ocular Epidemiology Research Group with the following (but not limited to) responsibilities,

• Assist Principal Investigator (PI) and Research Fellow in developing study plans and conduct literature reviews to aid grant applications and scientific manuscripts.
