Key Role:

Prepare operating budget analysis for units and departments based on actual performance, previous budget figures, estimated revenue, and expense reports. Review expenditures of requisitioning departments to ensure conformance to budget, maintain records of expenses, inventories, and budget balances, and audit vouchers and expense accounts. Maintain records of actual operating figures for comparison with the estimated budget. Assist with the installation of budgetary control systems and use a computer to input, retrieve, and display budget information. Plan, assign, and supervise assignments, assist with the review and evaluation of personnel performance, and review progress with management. Basic Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of experience working in a professional environment 

• 5+ years of experience executing and maintaining project budgets, invoicing, and schedules to ensure on-time delivery 

• Experience coordinating and monitoring multiple client delivery teams 

• Experience with productivity and management methods, including Planning, Programming, and Budgeting Execution (PPBE), process or status reports, budgetary status reports, or program reviews 

• Experience with Microsoft Excel, including applying formulas and functions to calculations and analysis

• Identify gaps and opportunities to further develop QMS including writing and implementing SOPs and work instructions.

• Provide site training and maintain a working knowledge of cGMP, ISO and other relevant regulatory guidelines to act as a resource of information for site personnel.

• Oversee and/or perform all site QA document control/administrative tasks.

• Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures are being followed.

• Assist with issuance, review, revisions, and archiving of all quality documents.

Qualifications

• A college degree is required with a major in a relevant scientific field. Quality Assurance or Quality Control cGMP (21 CFR Part 820) experience is a must (> 8 years). Relevant work experience in a testing laboratory or medical device knowledge is preferable.

• Knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO/IEC 17025 is a plus.

• Ability to work under pressure (in a fast-paced environment), meet deadlines (overtime if work requires it) and make effective decisions.

Key Role:

What you’ll be doing:

Credit Monitoring and Control Specialist I is responsible for monitoring and reporting for the bank’s loan covenants and annual reviews. These activities are critical to the bank’s loan portfolio management.

How you’ll succeed:

• Processing loan covenant submissions using the bank’s proprietary system, RM Central, by verifying that the correct documents are submitted and determining whether calculated covenants meet the required threshold.

Primary Responsibilities

THE JOB

Responsible for monitoring/maintaining the safety and security of the venue. This includes guest searches, crowd control, conflict resolution, and customer service.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

* Circulate among guests and/or employees to preserve safety and order and to protect the venue's property.

About the Role:

As a Control Systems Technician, you will focus on equipment troubleshooting and maintaining material handling equipment (MHE) such as conveyors, sortation systems, scanners, cameras, print and apply labeling systems, scales, HMI systems, and control cabinets. In addition to developing your skills, you will mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures
• Maintain material handling control systems, industrial, motor control systems, servo and frequency drives, and electrical distribution systems
• Monitor Material Handling Equipment (MHE) metrics and partner with Controls Technicians and Mechanics to resolve equipment electrical problems that create performance deficiencies
• Utilize Operation System Assessment reports to improve material handling system reliability through preventive maintenance tasks completion and identifies deficiency repairs
• Escalate to operations and network support resources for guidance and assistance to restore equipment back to operational mode with minimal downtime impact for Operations
• Communicate technical issues to RME and Operations Leadership

Basic Qualifications:

• High school or equivalent diploma
• 2+ years of experience with Motor Controls (motor starts, variable frequency drives, DC drives, and standard electrical components) 
• 2+ years of experience with repair of control network components 
• 1+ years of experience with HMI components 
• 1+ years of experience with Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) programs
• 1+ years of experience with Industrial electrical hands-on experience and troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associates degree in Electronic Technology (or similar)
• 2+ years apprenticeship or equivalent experience in Control Systems troubleshooting/ programming
• Experience supporting a range of different conveyors and sortation systems
• Project Management experience with the ability to train others
• Experience with robotic maintenance
• Experience with AB RS LOGIX 5000 PLC’s and PLC components
• Experience with SCADA systems and KPI’s 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

• Must have ability to reach overhead, kneel, squat, climb steps/ladders, frequently lift a maximum of 50 lbs. of equipment
• Must have ability to perform tasks wearing appropriate or required PPE, which may include but is not limited to hard hat, face shield, and composite-toed shoes.
• Regularly required to crouch and reach to install/move equipment
• Involves movement between departments, floors, and properties to facilitate work, averaging 6 to 12 miles per day
• Work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures
• Regularly required to type on a computer for 1-2 hours per day
