Position: Pest Control Technician

Salary: $2,100 – $3000

About the Role
We are seeking responsible and detail-oriented Pest Control Technicians to join our team. As a Pest Control Technician, you will perform thorough inspections and administer pest management solutions across various sites, ensuring high-quality service for all clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and apply tailored pest control treatments for each site
• Primarily serve clients in the food & beverage industry, along with residential, commercial, and industrial settings
• Organized scheduling to streamline appointments within the same area on the same day

Job Requirements

• Availability for a 5.5-day work week (office hours), with half-day on Saturdays
• Willingness to work overtime when required, compensated accordingly
• Class 3 license required; no prior experience in pest control necessary

• Basic salary(Non-Experienced) from $2,100 – $2,300, with total compensation (including OT and allowances) up to $4,000 per month

This role is responsible for conducting test and scheduling/coordinating of testing with other departments to ensure timely delivery of results. This role is also required to perform peer review of laboratory data, support OOS and Deviation investigation.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of final product, in-process, raw material or environmental samples according to Standard Operating Procedures and Test Methods.
• Documentation and review of results in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Problem solving of analytical methods as well as troubleshooting of equipment.
• Involvement in method transfers and validation.
• Involved in equipment qualification and technical selection of QC equipment and/or standards and reagents.
• Assay trend analysis, document revision and update.
• General lab support includes housekeeping, equipment maintenance, inventory of supplies, lab supplies ordering, management of glass wares, autoclaving etc.
• Assay trend analysis, document version and update.
• Independently lead and conduct OOS, deviation investigations. Draft investigations reports.
• Support in team leadership and driving results to meet department KPIs.
• SME in 1 or more areas as aligned with the training plan.
• Able to make decisions independently on the area of expertise.
• Coach and train junior team members.

Experience

• Degree/Diploma in a relevant Science field or Equivalent.
• Understanding and execution of spectroscopy and other assigned methods which may include chromatography methods (HPLC), ELISA, PCR, CE, SDS-PAGE, IEF, icIEF, TOC , Protein Concentration (A280 or SoloVPE), osmolality, potency methods, appearance and other physiochemical methods.
• Work experience preferably Lab experience in a biotech or medically related field
• Relevant experience and accomplishment to dictate final position for which the candidate may qualify
• Good problem solving and analytical skills

• Perform measurement and calibration using a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)

The QC Analyst will encompass a good understanding and execution of intermediate and advanced microbiology techniques (bioburden, LAL, plating and counting techniques, microbial identification, EM tests i.e. air sampling, surface viable sampling, total particulate sampling etc.). Collecting environmental monitoring samples from different areas of the facilities, generation of required trending and reporting information. Role will also assist in process and/ or environmental microbiology related investigations as required.

Responsibilities:

• Attends and records the daily quality assurance related inspections for mechanical and HVAC installations
• Coordinates with other production departments, clients, and surveyors for Inspection & testing requirements
• Assigns the systems to be tested to the various supervisors and technicians involved in the operation
• Ensures that the Quality work processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Reports on non-conformance and issue Improvement notes, where necessary
• Ensures timely completion of project

Requirements:

• Degree in Marine and Offshore / Mechanical Engineering
