Job Description

Quality Control is responsible for making sure that products meet a set of standards. Their duties include examining incoming raw material, measuring the specifications of random items in each production run test the physical properties of rubber product with use of laboratory test equipment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Inspecting output samples using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions and examining functionality.
2. Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and waste and inputting data into quality database.
3. Work closely with production team on quality control measures to improve product excellence.
4. To check and examine the incoming raw material as per ISO requirement.
5. To do test on physical properties of rubber product to every lot of order with use of laboratory equipment and record.
6. Keeping measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements and calling for repairs.
7. Determining the causes of product defects and reworks.
8. Verifying all equipment is calibrated correctly.

This position will support landscape scale restoration efforts through control of construction contracts to restore, rehabilitate and or stabilize watersheds through road decommissioning. Some of the duties you will perform include but are not limited to the following:

• Develops project agreements, estimates for project management services, and other documents related to project setup with minimal assistance.
• Serves as a certified Contracting Officer Representative in accordance with applicable training requirements of Federal Acquisition Regulations on design and construction projects as assigned.
• Assist in developing independent Government Cost Estimates, Statements of Work and/or Scopes of Services, and other documents required for the procurement of design and construction contracts.
• Tracks project budget, monitors project sites for safety, conducts inspections on completed work and coordinates project closeout activities on projects of minimal to moderate complexity.
• Facilitates meetings, monitor and document project progress through photos, daily/weekly logs and other documentation. Coordinates with project stakeholders to address unforeseen conditions.

• You will operate as a Control Tower Watch Supervisor for the Control Tower as well as in other positions to include Flight Data, Clearance Delivery, Ground control, Local control, Tower Supervisor and Special Category Facility Watch Supervisor.
• You will be assigned on a rotational basis as Tower Supervisor having responsibility for the overall control tower, class D airspace, and ATC personnel during the assigned shift performing separation and control of air traffic or airspace functions.
• You will ensure the use of proper control procedures and techniques by assigned personnel, and ensure effective coordination within the facility and between facilities.
• You will develop training curriculum, course outlines, instructional material, visual aids, simulated control situations, etc., for teaching particular procedures of operations applicable to the control tower.
• You will administer qualification, rating, proficiency and refresher examinations.
• You will serve as an ATC Specialist providing ATC services and maintain certification on all operating positions and clearance delivery.

Supports the store replenishment effort through coordinating general inventory and merchandise flow, partnering with Sales Managers to ensure replenishment is executed in a systematic, on-brand way. Ensures backroom standards are maintained. Responsible for coaching the activities of the replenishment team involved in the receipt, inspection, quality control, ticketing, picking, consolidation, storage, merchandise display, stocking, price marking and packing of merchandise in and out of the storage facilities. Reports to the Store Manager, Operations Manager, Backroom Manager or Sales Manager. 

Executes corporate backroom standards program to include physically inspecting merchandise, maintaining a high efficiency of the receiving, marking and checking process, movement of merchandise to the sales floor and the accurate flow of merchandise through all backroom functions. Partners with Sales Managers to determine available shelf space and amounts and location of merchandise to be displayed. Assures items are effectively merchandised in accordance with the Brand Integrity Team, accurately price marked and set according to merchandising standards. Assures rotation of stock to prevent spoilage and outdating of stock; marks down price of merchandise to move damaged or perishable stock. Arranges for return to vendor of items which are damaged, shipped in error or unsellable. Receives, locates, stores, ships and warehouses materials, commodities, or equipment in accordance with established procedures and operating requirements. Works with independence in determining sequences of loading and unloading, developing space utilization plans and implementing movement of materials. Assists Sales Managers and Brand Integrity Manager in the planning and execution of all corporate sales programs, promotions and other events where merchandise is involved.
