• Minimum 8 years working experience in Oil & Gas Engineering design including a minimum 5 years working experience in C&A Engineering design work in onshore and/or offshore oil & gas projects.
• Shall have experience in carrying out Detailed Engineering.
• Shall have a thorough knowledge of the use of codes, standards and practice applicable to API, IEE, and IPF classification, selection of instruments and control/safety/fire and gas systems.

• Regularly inspect and analyze incoming materials, molding, packaging, and food additives to ensure they meet the required standards.
• Ensure all food additives comply with specified standards.
• Manage the availability of ingredients and other materials.
• Add ingredients to the oil blending process.
• Oversee and inspect the molding process.
• Oversee and inspect the filling process.
• Oversee and inspect the stuffing and loading process.
• Ensure the blending tank is cleaned properly with each product or specification change.
• Work closely with molding, packaging, logistics, and quality personnel.

Quality Staff (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) 

Mendukung Head of Quality dalam melakukan pengawasan dan tanggung jawab untuk memonitor Quality Department Performance: Penyusunan produk defect termasuk laporan tindakan perbaikan/pencegahan kepada Pelanggan, penyempurnaan rencana sistem Quality Control/ Quality Assurance untuk menjamin kepuasan Pelanggan melalui kualitas produk, Klaim Pelanggan, menindaklanjuti dan berkoordinasi untuk penolakan dari inspeksi pengiriman, penanganan Kontrol Pemasok, dll 

Tugas Pekerjaan:

• Mempersiapkan Audit Eksternal/Internal (Audit ISO/Audit Pelanggan/Audit Perusahaan Grup)
• Melakukan verifikasi klaim pelanggan barang dikembalikan, menyediakan & membantu produksi dalam Kualitas Produk
• Memantau umpan balik kualitas produk bersama dengan tim produksi untuk menjaga kualitasnya
• Memantau dan memverifikasi keluhan pelanggan untuk menganalisis akar penyebab peningkatan kualitas
• Melakukan uji coba untuk sampel baru atau pemasok baru untuk memenuhi spesifikasi kualitas
• Mengembangkan SOP, WI untuk peningkatan proses terkait kualitas dan pengetahuan standar untuk produk baru
• Mengembangkan dan menetapkan spesifikasi kualitas untuk produk
• Mengawasi kualitas lini produksi.
• Menganalisis masalah kualitas yang ditemukan di lapangan.
• Berkoordinasi dengan departemen terkait mengenai masalah kualitas yang ada.
• Melaksanakan dan memantau hasil keputusan terhadap kualitas hasil produksi
• Buat rencana aksi untuk menghilangkan masalah – PICA (Continual Improvement)
• Menyiapkan laporan dan menandatangani dokumen sesuai prosedur yang ada
• Membuat laporan kualitas mingguan/bulanan

Persyaratan:

• Kandidat harus memiliki setidaknya Gelar Sarjana di Teknik Metalurgi, Teknik Industri, Teknik Mesin atau terkait dari universitas terkemuka.
• Setidaknya 3 Tahun pengalaman kerja di bidang terkait diperlukan untuk posisi ini.
• Memiliki keahlian di bidang teknik mesin terutama dalam sistem otomasi, desain bagian/mekanisme bergerak kecil, robotika presisi tinggi, proses manufaktur, dan mekatronik.
• Akurat, perhatian terhadap detail, bijaksana, dan cepat belajar adalah suatu keharusan.
