RESPONSIBILITIES

· Examine and suggest optimizations to current QA practices through new technologies and processes.

· Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.

· Collaborate closely with engineers, business analysts and product owners and other team members to determine appropriate acceptance criteria for the projects

· Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.

· Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers.

· Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).

REQUIREMENTS

7. Well versed with data feeds required for SAM solution including Actimize architecture. Built and managed development of RCM custom java plugins. Experience in Analysis of Actimize model specs and transforming those specifications into a language understood by the business;
8. Specify and fully document custom Actimize models that would bear scrutiny by an internal audit or external regulators.
9. Having expert hands on experience in RCM administration, GUI customization and other configurations.
10. Experience in performance tuning, configuration application, database and solution level validation. It covers data evaluation and identify data gap/issues. Global implementation and upgrade experience is a plus.
