What You Will Be Working On

As an Investment Compliance and Risk Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies related to investment compliance and risk management.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct pre-trade compliance checks for internally managed portfolios to ensure adherence to investment guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Perform post-trade compliance monitoring and risk reporting for all investment portfolios, including coordination with investment managers and custodian banks.

What you will be working on

As a member of the Compliance and Enforcement Department (CED), you will play a crucial role in detecting, investigating, and enforcing CPF non-compliance by employers. Your work will directly impact CPF members, ensuring they receive their rightful contributions for healthcare, housing, and retirement needs.

· Lead a team of enforcement officers to oversee the enforcement and recovery of CPF contributions and arrears from defaulters, while managing their daily operational activities.

• Collect the information about raw material quality issues from the production line. (Lot no., Pictures, NOK qty, total quantity, station detected, timeline)
• Decide about containment actions (stop using those raw materials, scope lots, sorting, finding new lot) to secure production line stop.
• Coordinator between MOE3 to PQA/ IPN (CKD parts) for Quality issue
• Follow-up root cause investigation and corrective actions of non-conforming materials and their status for both PQA / IPN
• Summary defective rate of non-conforming materials
• Maintain role in SAP for CKD part (Supplier complain process, Q-Management, etc.)
• Support Quality data for team investigation example Measurement data.
• Support system CIP, Customer complaints, Claim part from customers, Raw material issues (if concern)

We have an exciting opportunity to be a part of the store management team. As a Stock Control Supervisor you will identify causes that affect on shelf availability and by working with your peers put measures in place to ensure our valued customers can purchase the products that they need when they need them. You will also have a large role to play in maximising the profitability of the store by understanding and then taking action on issues that cause stock loss.

Managing the store\\'s product promotions is another key part to the role and you will be responsible for pricing accuracy so having a structured way of working is key to helping the store achieve legal compliance.

You will be responsible for stocking the product range that our customers require and make sure they are available on shelf with the correct prices. You will be the Champion of product availability.

Taking action on causes that lead to stock loss and working with the store team come up with solutions that will improve profitability.

To be successful in this role your skills and experience will include:

Accurate and analytical, ensuring accurate records are maintained

Flexible, adaptable and enjoys working with, as well as managing a team

An excellent communicator and have some experience in supervising or managing a team.

Practical experience in the retail trade

Experience of Sales Based Ordering would be advantageous
