Citigroup is seeking an experienced Product Controller to provide direction and leadership to the Mexico Rates and Currencies Product Control team.

The Product Control Group Manager is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department in an effort to ensure the completeness, accuracy and integrity of the bank's books and records in coordination with the Finance team. The overall objective of this role is to drive efforts to control and support data integrity and general ledger reconciliation, profit attribution and new activity analysis, valuation control and product P&L and balance sheet reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, lead and direct a team of professionals
• Provide oversight of the Mexico Rates and Currencies P&L, ensuring accurate reporting of P&L by legal entity, geography and business
• Ensure the reconciliation of P&L and BS to the general ledger and management reports
• Ensure all daily controls are completed on-time and in line with global procedures 
• Coordinate with Technology to drive improvements to the infrastructure, ensuring alignment with global standards
• Apply an in-depth understanding of the business impact of technical contributions
• Ensure delivery of a full range of services to one or more businesses and/or geographic regions
• Resolve complex and varied issues, taking of an action and weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting needs
• Escalate anomalies and issues in a timely manner
• Provide individual performance evaluation, career planning/development and input to compensation
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years experience in a related role
• Experience in financial control, valuation or related discipline

(Senior) Manufacturing Engineering – Facility Control

Become part of a great team which is responsible for Equipment Lifecycle Management of Production Equipment and Facility Systems used for manufacturing of life-supporting medical devices which are based on the fascinating technology of magnetic levitation. With your work you’ll ensure our products and processes meet the high standards of our industry and are inline with our policy “built as intended for your family”. In your role you will be interfacing and collaborating with cross-functional teams in Switzerland, in the USA and with various suppliers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for facility control processes, procedures, and system availability.

• Facility Control contains, but is not limited to HVAC, Environmental, Microbiological, ESD and Pest Control

• Be part of the ongoing strategic insourcing project and support the commissioning of new production lines in a cleanroom

• Lead improvement initiatives in the area of ​​responsibility or represent the department in large scale projects, e.g. in cooperation with plants in the US

• Perform change management in our Product Lifecycle System (Windchill) and provide training to the affected audience accordingly

• Ensure concise and GMP-compliant documentation of the entire equipment lifecycle in our Enterprise Asset Management System (Infor)

• Create and maintain quality management and maintenance procedures for our facility systems

• Perform Qualification and Validation of facility systems

• Analyze and assess deviations and initiate adequate measures in collaboration with Quality Engineering and Microbiology Specialists

• Support Audit activities as Subject Matter Expert and lead or collaborate in CAPA’s

Required Qualifications:

• B.Sc./M.Sc. Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (ETH/FH or comparable education)

• 3-5 years of professional experience in a comparable role

• Conscientious, well-structured and independent way of working

• English Level C2 is required, communicative German is a must

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the medical device regulations (ISO 13485 / FDA 21CFR Part 820 / GxP)

• Experience in Maintenance of cleanrooms

• Experience in Qualification / Validation

• Follow-up to SPC of production line.

• MSA compliance of production line.

• Creating and revalidating PPAPs.

• Participation in the development and monitoring of APQPs.

• Perform risk analysis on the released product.

• Know and comply with customer requirements (CSR) and those applicable to ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO14001.

Our requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, industrial, or equivalent).

• Advanced English communication skills.

• Data analysis skills, such as trending, confidence intervals, SPC, basic statistical analysis.

• Knowledge of Core Tools, GD&T, CSR, and special processes (applicable CQI)

• 7+ years’ experience in value-added automotive assembly.

• 7+ years’ experience supporting new product development in automotive manufacturing setting.
