About the role
We are looking to recruit an Internal Quality Assurer who will lead, motivate, and develop a team of assessors to enhance the quality of delivery across all learning programs. The goal is to ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment for all learners.
Our apprenticeship program provides learners with hands-on training and theoretical knowledge in working with Children and Young People, equipping them with essential skills for a successful career in the industry.
Your impact
• Motivate and develop a team of Assessors to ensure learners have a positive learning experience and that KPIs are consistently met.
• Develop the team of Assessors to improve the quality of delivery across all learning programs.
• Manage sampling and verification activities to support the progression and achievement of learners.
• Ensure all IQA activities meet the needs of learners and exceed the requirements of Awarding Organisations, Welsh Government, Estyn, and Itec.
• Oversee an ongoing cycle of standardisation meetings for Assessors to share best practices across all sectors.
• Manage delivery models and resources to ensure a consistent and standardised approach to delivery.
• Ensure literacy and numeracy are integrated throughout the learning program.
• Ensure Assessors embed cross-cutting themes such as Safeguarding/Prevent, ESDGC, Welsh Language and Culture, Equality & Diversity, and Health & Safety/Well-being.
• Prepare clear and well-written IQA reports, with sufficient detail to support and improve performance.
• Participate in and/or manage EQA visits, ensuring the visit schedule is adhered to and all requested portfolios meet the required standards for a positive outcome.
• Plan, manage, and complete IQA observations of Assessors to ensure the IQA strategy is effectively implemented.

• Relevant occupational competence
• Experience of delivering training and support
• Full driving licence with use of own vehicle
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check (cost covered by the company) and EWC registration.
Desirable
• Experience and a proven track record of leading a team of IQAs
• Experience of co-ordinating EQA visits
• Been actively involved in an Estyn Inspection

As a Information Technology Specialist (Customer Support/Internet) you will:

• Oversee or perform a variety of activities to design, develop, test, implement and/or manage Internet, intranet, and other SharePoint web-based systems and applications.
• Evaluate the technical design/structure of Internet services and new technologies; provide recommendations regarding the use, implementation, and modification of web-based systems, applications, and technologies; monitor the service usage, functionality, security, and integrity of web-based systems; troubleshoot and resolve technical problems; and ensure the rigorous application of information security/information assurance policies, principles, and practices in the delivery of Internet services.
• Provide oversight of general Information System Office's services to Office of Noncommunicable Diseases, Injury and Environmental Health (ONDIEH) and National Center customers responding to requests for assistance, ranging from such things as business process analyses for systems development to conducting customer satisfaction evaluations.

Job Scopes:

• Liaise with Head of Internal Audit to develop and acheive work objectives.
• Conduct internal audit across various areas including operations, finance, HR, administration, manufacturing and IT.
  Perform interview, examines documents and prepare work papers.

The primary role (Suitable for Beginners)

• Web scrapping using HTML and Python on beautiful soup, Sellenium, Pycharm and more
• To check and ensure that the data in the csv. files match what is on the websites and that the code is working and then keeping/storing the csv files into Dropbox

Other roles if not assigned Webscrapping.

• Manual software testing for our website and application and documenting any issues, bugs or errors found as well as any possible solutions for them
• Automation testing using Cypress.io to automate the bug testing process
• AI automation testing using the Recombee platform (Suitable for Machine Learning, AI or Data Science majors)
• Research into the best ways to develop/create/establish a system or element of our platform like chatbots, automated responses, etc if needed
• If needed: Using Adobe XD to open prototype designs and analyze the UI/UX
• If needed: Assisting senior developers by coordinating project management activities using Jira

Note: We mainly use Skype and Dropbox, but with seniors developer you may also have the opportunity to use Microsoft Teams.

- Suggestion Scheme: maintain Bosch Connect page of program, organize focus events.
