As an Intern, Quality AS&T you are tasked to perform instrument connections to Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) at Tuas. In this role, a typical day will include:

Responsibilities

• To perform instrument connections to Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
• To develop software parsing coding for instrument interface
• To perform challenge tests for LIMS process flow
• To revise SOP and prepare validation protocols for testing of lab equipment
• To assist in the master data building for QC lab to implement in LIMS
• To provide learning opportunities for student to experience working environment
• To provide industrial exposure by allowing student to lead / participate actual technical projects

Responsibilities

• Assist the AML Compliance department to implement and maintain robust framework for AML/CFT compliance reviews to assess the implementation of applicable rules and regulations
• Keep abreast of AML/CFT regulatory changes and provide timely dissemination of regulatory updates to ensure that the business units and relevant departments are aware of the latest rules and regulations
• Facilitate AML/CFT training materials and conduct regular trainings to all staff

Legal & Compliance

• Draft contracts and other legal documents.

• Liaise with external counsel on legal documents, legal implications and disputes.  Review advice given by and documents prepared by external legal counsel.
• Provide compliance and legal updates including dissemination and analysis of new and/or revised laws and regulations.

Risk

• Assists in establishing and monitoring key risk indicators, as well as implement corrective action plans to mitigate risks.
• Assists in developing and enhancing policies, procedures and control assessments in response to identified risks.
• Ensure effective incident management process and timely reporting escalation of risk events
• Participates in corporate wide contingency planning/business continuity efforts. Assist to implements RHB Group business continuity framework. Coordinates training, communication, and testing of plans.

Tasks & Responsibilities

The Compliance Team in Singapore is looking for an intern to assist with a variety of topics.

The successful candidate will also work alongside Ardian’s global compliance team of more than 20 on a variety of global topics and initiatives. The candidate will be expected to throw themselves into topics and be part of a team solution. The candidate will be exposed to the fast pace and changing regulatory landscape of the Asia Offices. It is expected to have an ambition for understanding and interpreting complex topics.

The candidate will support the team with general Compliance topics such as:

• Conduct second-line of defense controls for the Compliance team
• Analyze document and consolidate test results for the Compliance Monitoring Programme to ensure that we meet regulatory and group requirements

Mighty Jaxx is looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Test Intern to join the Engineering team in an exciting website revamp project.

We are looking for a full-time intern, who is able to join us from May 2024 onwards, ideally for a period of a minimum of 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, technical leads, and other team members to support the QA team
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and QA tickets
• Participate in the QA of features and bug fixes under the guidance of QA leads

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field of study

About the Role

The Compliance Analyst reports to Regional Head of Compliance - Asia and supports the Compliance Team in providing advice, assistance and guidance for routine KYC activities.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Identifying, assessing and addressing, where possible, KYC issues requiring escalation

• Reviewing KYC documentation and following-up KYC requests (where applicable) • Ensure that the KYC is obtained in the most efficient manner

• Demonstrate compliance with KYC policies and correct use of KYC methods of approval

• Help ensure the overall KYC status is within the parameters for KYC non-compliant percentages
