Bydd disgwyl i'r ymgeisydd llwyddiannus fod wedi'i addysgu i safon gradd mewn disgybl priodol â gwybodaeth a dealltwriaeth o ddulliau rheoli prosiectau adeiladu a rhaid iddo feddu ar brofiad o gaffael contractau a gwybodaeth am y fframwaith cyfreithiol a rheoleiddiol y mae gwasanaethau rheoli Prosiectau Adeiladu yn gweithredu ynddo.
I lwyddo yn y swydd hon bydd angen i chi fod yn llawn cymhelliant a gallu gweithio ar eich pen eich hun neu fel rhan o dîm i helpu i gyflawni prosiectau ar amser ac o fewn y gyllideb.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our busy Infrastructure Consultancy Team, with the responsibility for monitoring and tracking the Team’s construction related projects.
We are looking for an extremely organised individual with appropriate qualifications and experience to assist our Infrastructure Consultancy Manager in developing plans, policies and procedures to monitor and track projects and promote and develop a high quality approach to deliver projects in accordance with allocated deadlines and budget.
The successful candidate will be expected to be educated to degree standard in an appropriate disciple have knowledge and understanding of construction project management methods and must have experience of contract procurement and knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework in which Construction Project management services operate.
To succeed in this post you will need to be highly motivated and be able to work alone or as part of a team to help deliver projects on time and within budget.
