Requirements

• Having around 1-2 yrs. of  experience in Software Testing
• Proven work experience in software quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject

     WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The individual will be responsible for the following:

1.       Perform end-to-end SOX testing allocated as per the test plan. This includes understanding the process, creating/updating the process map, drafting risk and control matrix, testing, and communicating to process owners

2.       Perform procedures to ensure previously identified deficiencies have been remediated

3.       Identify process improvement opportunities

4.       Collaborate with the team members for knowledge sharing and coaching

KEY RESULT AREAS:

1.       Timely completion of the allotted SOX cycles

2.       Identification of all deficiencies/ exceptions before it is identified by Statutory Auditors. Zero surprises to Management

3.       Ensure the testing results and documentation meet the reperformance standard

4.       Building rapport with Auditee

Experience:

•         3 to 5 years (post-qualification experience) of Internal Audit/ SOX Compliance/ Statutory Audit experience including 3 years of SOX experience

•         Knowledge of accounting standards (US GAAP knowledge preferable), COSO framework, and PCAOB standards

•         Have excellent knowledge of the Internal Audit process and methodology

•         Be proficient in performing data analytics

•         Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal 

•         Be proficient with using various Microsoft products including Excel, Visio, and Word

•         Prior experience in the US real estate or mortgage industries preferred

• Review inspection results and ensures compliance with draw requests.
• Responsible for identifying, capturing, and managing system defects  
• Update proprietary construction management software with current status, outstanding support documentation and customer service notes.
• Perform analysis on proposed construction projects and review Contractor qualifications.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external clients to ensure the efficient flow of work in the department

Job Title: Software Engineer -.Net

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the design, development, and testing of software applications using the .NET framework and Vue.JS in FrontEnd framework
2. Collaborate with senior developers and team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
3. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in C# or VB.NET.
4. Develop and maintain database schemas and SQL queries for data manipulation and retrieval.
5. Troubleshoot and debug software applications to resolve issues and ensure optimal performance.
6. Document software specifications, design decisions, and code changes.
7. Follow coding standards, best practices, and software development methodologies.
8. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in software development.

   Skills:

9. Proficiency in C# or VB.NET programming languages.
10. Vue.JS in FrontEnd framework
11. Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
12. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).
13. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.

• Analyze findings from process reviews and develop reports to highlight trends/ opportunities for improvement.
• Make recommendations to help reduce process variation and eliminate errors.
• Track Business Unit responses for all findings identified from the process reviews.
• Work with Management and develop project plans to address opportunities identified through process reviews.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Senior Management and work with Management to resolve the issues.
• Provide management with timely reports documenting observations from reviews.
• Assist in implementing changes or modifications to the Quality Assurance department's evaluation process.
