Tasks & responsibilities

• Merencanakan tata letak gudang, memastikan penggunaan ruang yang efisien dengan prinsip FIFO.
• Memastikan barang diterima, diperiksa dan disimpan dengan benar.
• Mengawasi proses pengambilan, pengemasan dan pengiriman barang.
• Memastikan pengiriman yang tepat waktu dan akurat.
• Menjaga catatan yang akurat tentang inventaris dan pengiriman barang.
• Bertanggung jawab terhadap kontrol stock barang antara stock fisik dan stock komputer.
• Bertanggung jawab terhadap mutu dan kualitas barang yang disimpan dalam gudang .
• Berkoordinasi dengan departemen lain untuk menentukan jadwal produksi, alokasi sumber daya dan kebutuhan material.
• Mengelola level persediaan bahan baku, barang dalam proses dan produk jadi.
• Melakukan analisis persediaan secara berkala untuk memastikan tingkat persediaan yang optimal.

Kualifikasi :

• Pendidikan minimal Diploma/Sarjana
• Usia maksimal 28 tahun
• Pengalaman 1 tahun di posisi yang sama
• Mampu Berbahasa Mandarin
• Memiliki kemampuan komputer & internet yang baik
• Komunikatif, teliti, cekatan, bertanggung jawab, inisiatif & motivasi yang tinggi

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• memiliki pengalaman dalam bidang Clearance import dan export 
• mengerti dan mengenal istilah-istilah dan dokumen dalam bidang export import
• bertanggung jawab dalam mempersiapkan dokumen dokumen yang diperlukan untuk melakukan proses pengeluaran barang import dari pelabuhan dan proses pengiriman barang export
• mengerti cara melakukan pemesanan unit container import dan export, jasa ekspedisi, menghubungi pelayaran, dsb.
• bertanggung jawab atas jadwal dan pengiriman barang dari supplier, dan follow up hingga barang tiba di gudang tujuan
• Mencari dan mrnganalisa calon supplier yang sesuai dengan barang yang dubutuhkan

The Warehouse Team Manager will support the site management team in the efficient and cost effective management of the warehouse operations. It will be your responsibility to ensure the smooth running of the daily Warehouse operation and enable the required level of service to be provided to the customer at all times.

You will ensure that the receiving, storing, picking and dispatch of Goods in the correct manner to agreed productivity levels and within budgetary constraints, whilst maintaining a safe working environment through effective team management.

To be successful in this role you’ll have working knowledge of the Warehouse function within the FMCG distribution industry as well as working knowledge of the business and operational aspects of supervising a depot Warehouse operation. General knowledge of the Transport function would be an advantage.

As you will be leading a team of warehouse operatives, you’ll have excellent communication skills and have the ability to manage & train colleagues. Your computer skills will be important too as you will be using the MS Office suite on a daily basis for reporting and formal disciplinary processes.

You will be working as a member of the warehouse team to receive, store, pick, stack and despatch ambient and chilled goods to a consistent high quality and in a safe efficient and effective manner.

This is full time working 40 hours per week on night ( 10pm to 6am).

You will be contracted to any five days from seven days, However, normal shift pattern are Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday.

Regular overtime time available is desired.

To be successful in this role your skills and qualifications will include being able to work on own initiative, the ability to work to tight deadlines, able to take direction, be customer focused and self-motivated.

Previous experience in a warehouse environment would be advantageous.

As a warehouse Operative, you will be working as a member of the warehouse team with your duties including:

You will be doing this with our ambient and chilled goods working to a consistent high quality and in a safe, efficient and effective manner.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Mencatat, merekap, dan menyimpan reagent dengan sistem pengkodean dan pengaturan sesuai kriteria. Menyiapkan dan mendistribusikan reagent yang diminta oleh laboratorium.
• Membuat laporan tentang stok reagent yang mencapai batas minimum dan melaporkan kondisi bahaya, metode kerja tidak aman, serta kecelakaan kepada atasan.
• Mengikuti prosedur kerja perusahaan, ketentuan pengendalian risiko, serta pelatihan keselamatan untuk memastikan pekerjaan dilakukan secara aman dan sesuai standar K3.
• Memastikan penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD) sesuai ketentuan perusahaan, melaporkan kondisi APD yang tidak layak pakai, dan meminta penggantian jika diperlukan.
• Menjalankan dan mematuhi standar ISO/IEC 17025 dalam semua kegiatan operasional laboratorium.

•       Responsible for day-to-day operations, such as : running restaurant services, supervised outlet team, and doing administration things (DSR, Inventory report, attendance report etc)

•       Oversee the execution of the work schedule and procedure as set by the Restaurant Manager

•       Completing overtime sheets for the department

•       Assist in training

•       Performing and managing other duties as assigned 

•       Manage & oversee services and products offered in an outlet's operations
