About this opportunity

The General Manager of Supply Chain is responsible for overseeing and optimising the entire supply chain process within a manufacturing environment. This role ensures the efficient and cost-effective management of supply chain operations, including logistics, sales and operations planning (S&OP), supplier relations, capacity planning, and procurement.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain operations
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance supply chain performance.
• Oversee the selection and management of transportation providers, manage warehouse operations and Implement logistics optimization techniques to reduce costs and improve service levels.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, production, and finance teams to align supply and demand plans.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts and agreements, monitor and evaluate supplier performance

Your skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of managing complex supply chain operations and leading cross-functional teams.
• In-depth understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
• Knowledge of logistics, procurement, and capacity planning.
• Familiarity with S&OP processes and tools.
• Strong leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities:

Cook

• Simple cook for student
• Ensure hygiene of kitchen, wash dishes

Cleaner

• To sweep and mop floors daily.
• Vacuum classroom floor, mop classroom floor with disinfectant, clean and wash classroom tables, chairs and school equipment and devices.
• Ensure toilets and hand wash basins throughout the centre are stocked toilet paper and hand soap.
• To empty all waste, rubbish and recyclables in the appropriate disposal area.
• Perform any other duties assigned by your superiors.

Scope of Work:

1. Remove carton boxes containing items from wooden pallets.
2. Transport carton boxes to nearby designated areas within the facility using trolleys.
3. Prepare the items for recycling/disposal by removing parts of the items and sorting them into separate containers. Seal the containers.
4. Transport carton boxes or filled containers between designated areas within the facility using trolleys.
5. Any other light general labour or simple administrative works as instructed by the Board.

• You will create the annual overarching USN and USMC list of Defense Worldwide Working Capital Fund (DWWCF) SRM projects for execution.
• You will participate in multi-agency meetings in support of warfighter planning requirements, SRM and MILCON project adjudication, and real property alignment.
• You will participate in the Installation Program Review Board (IPRB) meetings for the DWWCF MILCON projects which requires negotiation of significant multi-million dollar matters of fuel operations planning and mission support.
• You will respond to taskers with broad generalized requests to analyze the overall engineering and operational certification, training, and health of all the naval fuel departments, facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.

• Serves as Accountable Officer/Supply Operation subject matter expert to the Director of the LRC and supported units utilizing the GCSS-A to account for and manage the property assets of the LRC, ASA, and Tenant Activities.
• Ensures the update and currency of hand receipts and audit trail records for all accountable property and reconciles hand receipts with the property book.
• Plans, assigns work, and evaluates work performance of subordinates; establishes deadlines and priorities based on the workflow, difficulty of the work, and capabilities of employees, and policies set by higher levels of supervision.
• Works with installation staff, AMC, and higher headquarters to obtain increased Tactical Related Applications Program (TRAP) equipment through loans, requisitions, or lateral transfers.
