• The duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Assigns responsibilities, delegates authority, determines operating policies, provides direction on work products, and reviews program operations to assure the attainment of program objectives.

• The incumbent acts for the AAMD Division Director when the Division Director is away from the office on official travel or leave.

Incumbent typical work assignments may include the following:

• Responsible for library digitization and preservation efforts and digitized document management.
• Oversees cataloging and metadata processes within the library.
• Serves as part of the team providing direct patron services. Responds to selective and comprehensive reference questions calling for subject and bibliographic competence, including the evaluation of timeliness, relevance, and authoritativeness.
• Manages library digitization projects and initiatives.

• Incumbent provides counsel in the areas of the Freedom of Information Act, the Privacy Act, agency information release, administrative law; counterintelligence law; intelligence law; cyber law; military justice; electronic surveillance; intercepts; complaints resolution; criminal investigations; civil rights; Constitutional law; administrative law; search and seizure; and any of the diverse legal issues that arise regarding AFOSI's mission. Incumbent also reviews and provides advice regarding AFOSI's internal investigations and disciplinary matters as required.
• The incumbent is a senior attorney on matters that typically include: (1) extremely complex and difficult legal and factual questions that require a high order of original and creative endeavor to craft a reasonable balance between conflicting interests of federal managers and employees in legal disputes which are frequently, vigorously, and publicly contested by extremely capable legal talent; and (2) novel and highly technical questions in controversial and evolving areas of law affecting the command's ability to manage a specialized, fully-integrated civilian and military workforce, including medical standards.
• The incumbent advises the command concerning fiscal and federal appropriations matters. The incumbent reviews non-standard statements of work and contractual arrangements for AFOSI regarding the acquisition of law enforcement and counterintelligence analytical and support services, information technology (IT) systems, construction, and logistics.
• The incumbent acts on behalf of the designated agency ethics official (DAEO) for AFOSI; provides ethics advisory opinions on the entire range of ethics-related matters; conducts and monitors the accuracy and quality of training provided to command; advises on all off-duty employment matters; ensures compliance with financial disclosure and training requirements for the entire command; and ensures command compliance with any ethics program reporting requirements.
• The incumbent performs other duties as assigned, to include but not limited to, providing command-level advice and guidance on a full range of legal issues confronting law enforcement and intelligence agencies. These taskings will often, but not always, occur in the absence of the primary attorneys assigned to these subject matter areas, or in matters so voluminous or complex that the primary attorneys require additional assistance.

• Supports the Digital Transformation Program Manager in the overall strategy, assessment, roadmap, and execution of the Digital Engineering portfolio in alignment with the Center, Engineering, and Agency strategy.
• Establishes and executes a Digital Engineering (DE) implementation strategy with measurable milestones and metrics, with agreed to deliverables and schedules. Reviews and updates the MSFC DE Strategic Plan as required.
• Architects the MSFC Digital Engineering Environment and develop architecture requirements and facilitate implementation. Works with Engineering IT management to create transition strategies for existing and new capabilities to support DE.
• Serves as an advocate with the Digital Transformation (DT) leadership, the Office of the Chief Engineer (OCE), and the Engineering Directors at various Centers for Model Based Engineering (MBE)/DE needs and goals.
• Collaborates with Programs and Projects and external entities foster and establish collaborations to leverage other related efforts for cost-effective, scalable, sustainable, successful execution and solutions.
• Provides strategic advisement for NASA to design and maintain technical baselines and authoritative sources of data of space systems and system-of-systems that enable future seamless external collaboration.

• Perform a full range of treatment of commonly encountered dental diseases or dental health problems requiring standard corrective, restorative or preventive measures such as teeth extractions and restoration of simple and compound cavities.
• Acquire mouth impressions for crowns, jackets, dentures, and bridges and fitting and inserting the finished appliances.
• Conduct teaching including group oral health counseling, tobacco cessation counseling, and diet counseling.
• Perform various preventive measures such as conducting extensive prophylaxis treatment, performing deep scaling and root planning.
• Submit performance data, dental records, consultation requests and other dental records in approved information management system.

• Provide support to the Quality Manager by advising the Dam Safety Production Center (DSPC) Director, Deputy Director and other DSPC personnel on quality processes and applicable certification matters.
• Communicates the DSPC Quality Management Plan and its associated processes to the various Divisions and Districts for which DSPC supports.
• Recommends to the DSPC Director, Deputy Director, and Quality Manager improvements to the Quality Management system and internal metrics as needed to improve monitoring progress and identification of corrective action.

• Responsible for supervising and tasking subject matter experts within the Platform Software Branch to support the STORM products Chief Engineers and Engineering Directorate (ENGD) management.
• Lead for coordination of technical support activities required for platform software development, testing, and fielding of weapon systems, and user support efforts.
• Consults with branch employees on technical aspects of the STORM programs, including requirements traceability and documentation, SOW/PWS requirements, and DEVCOM support and resourcing.

• You will collect and analyze contract data to revise the PDC AQ plan and determine future requirements for MACCs and IDIQs to avoid lapses in required contract capacity.
