Job Description

• Develop recruitment strategies to recruit specific patient groups in line with the organisation's priorities and objectives.
• Work with Recruitment Team Leader to coordinate the recruitment exercise focusing on specific populations
• Initiates recruitment drives collaborating with external parties to expand the relevant pool of volunteers
• Provide inputs into the development of study-specific recruitment plan.
• Reach out and work closely with external collaborators to drive patient recruitment initiatives.
• Respond to sponsors on recruitment and enrollment capabilities
• Maintains and provides data on special population recruitment metrics.
• Ensure recruitment activities are performed in compliance with Good Clinical Practice, global and local SOPs and guidelines.
• Ensures compliance for individual training requirements.
• Demonstrates professionalism in interactions with external collaborators and clinical trial subjects, respect subject’s rights and abide by the privacy policies
• Does yearly performance and developmental planning to support corporate priorities and business goals

Requirement

• Degree in life science
• Clinical research experience preferred
