General Labourer - St Austell

Our client is looking for a General Labourer to join their team working near St Austell.

Responsibilities will include:

Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging.
Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
Irrigate to ensure proper hydration
Use hand tools and power tools to perform various gardening tasks
Assist with grounds keeping duties such as raking leaves and removing debris
Monitor and control pests and diseases

Experience:

Previous experience in gardening or landscaping is preferred but not required

Our Middle grade team consistent of eight Speciality doctors and two Specialty Paediatric trainees (ST). This is a replacement post to support a 1:8 rota with a possibility of the rota moving to 1:9 or 1:10 in the future.

Successful applicant will be mainly be based in Conquest hospital. You will join a wider team of fourteen Speciality trainees, GP trainees and foundation doctors, Together with four advanced paediatric nurse practitioners. Our departments hosts Brighton and Sussex medical school year 4 students. It is an examination centre for clinic MRCPCH examination.

Candidates must have full registration with the GMC with a licence to practise.

The successful applicant is expected to:
• Attend and participate in governance meetings such as clinical risk, audit, Paediatric M&M, Obstetric and Joint neonatal meeting in addition to the weekly paediatric teaching meetings (Grand round, radiology meeting, and weekly departmental teaching and simulation). You would also be supporting the training of medical students and junior doctors.
• To work as part of the medical, nursing and Divisional team to maintain and improve the health and clinical care to local children and young people
• To work collaboratively with Primary care colleagues and other specialties including maternity, radiology, anaesthetics, paediatric surgery, emergency medicine and adult neurology among other adult medicine subspecialties .
• To work as part of the broader team and in collaboration with children’s services and the police to ensure the safeguarding of children and young people.
• To contribute to the delivery of services which are financially responsible and efficient.

As a Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor you will be responsible for providing services to eligible individuals who are experiencing a variety of military related psychological and psychosocial problems. Incumbents must possess the knowledge and experience to independently implement psychotherapeutic modalities in working with individuals, families, and groups to enhance the readjustment of Veterans, active-duty Service members, and their families. • Utilizes knowledge of community resources, makes referrals to the community and other government agencies as appropriate, and coordinates services.
• Conducts psychosocial assessments and treatment interventions to a wide variety of individuals from various socio-economic, cultural, ethnic, educational, and other diversified backgrounds.
• Manages practices and oversees the day-to-day business of the inter/multidisciplinary committees that reviews incidents of Patient-Generated Disruptive Behaviors, Visitor-Generated Disruptive Behaviors, and Employee-Generated Disruptive Behaviors.
• Conducts and delegates behavioral threat assessments to inform recommendations for individualized risk management strategies; consulting with VA Providers, clinical staff and DBC and ETAT members; informing and providing risk relevant clinical interventions in cases of disruptive or violent behavior history; providing and overseeing education to staff; providing timely and accurate responses to action items and recommendations made by the DBC and ETAT.
• Ensures ongoing training of team members in evidence- based threat assessment and threat management practice. The Program Coordinator collaborates with leadership to ensure facility policies are compliant with The Joint Commission, Office of Inspector General, and OSHA requirements regarding workplace violence prevention
  training.
