What you’ll do:

• Responsible for the day to day operations of your DOC Team on the client site
• Ensure all schedules are planned and executed correctly in line with site needs and requirements

• Have full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and agents and use cleaning equipment as directed by your line manager only after correct COSHH and equipment training has been given. Report any equipment which is faulty, mark as faulty and do not use;
• Report any safety hazards or inappropriate compromises to the line Manager e.g. locked fire door, lifting flooring, lights not working etc.;
• Ensure that the specified safety signage is used at all times, e.g. wet floor signs and warn or advise customers where possible;
• To be aware of material expenditure and cost and avoid unnecessary waste;
• Ensure that cleaning stores are kept clean and tidy and equipment stored safely at all times;
• Comply with all security regulations for cleaning materials, equipment and buildings as laid down by client and Sodexo and report immediately any shortages or discrepancies found;
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is kept clean & maintained in safe working order. Report any defects to the Manager immediately.
• Comply with all Company & client policies and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH. This will include your awareness of any specific hazards in your work place;
• Document completion of duties by completing forms, reports, logs, and electronic records and also reviewing the records after completion.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and legibly.
• Carry out all other reasonable tasks as directed by management.
• Carry out daily spot checks to ensure all areas maintain the highest standard.
• Administer the payroll for establishment staff and maintain personnel records to comply with statutory regulations and Company policy.
• Recruit, manage, induct, train, motivate and appraise staff to promote good employee relations and operate within Company procedures, legislation and the Investors in People standards. (Staff appraisals to be conducted at least annually). Maintain training records for all staff, ensuring that individual needs are recognised and met either through on or off job training.

Job Summary

This role will be responsible for overseeing and managing a wide range of operational and administrative functions, including expatriate management, travel management, office operations, and vendor coordination. The Public Health Operational Policy Division (PHOPD) works to strengthen policies, processes and operational capabilities in the areas of vector control and sanitation to meet current and future challenges. • Plan and conduct compliance audits on licensed cleaning businesses
• Carry out investigations on unlicensed cleaning businesses and their service buyers
• Impose enforcement action on offenders in line with established enforcement framework
• Consolidate and analyse compliance statistics and trends
• Attend to feedback from cleaning businesses, service buyers, and other stakeholders
• Partner licensing and policy teams in reviews and rollout of new or amended policies

Reporting to the Executive Assistant Manager, the incumbent will be responsible to:

• Oversee all housekeeping and laundry operations.
• Establish and implement effective administrative and operational systems for the department to maintain a well-organised team of staff and ensure a clean hotel
• Operate within departmental budgets by effectively planning and controlling capital expenditure, budget, and expenses to maintain the department’s Profit & Loss (P&L).
• Coordinate and supervise outsourced projects and contracts.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, garden, landscape and back-of-house areas.
• Regularly inspect all fixtures, fittings, and appliances to ensure compliance with standards and take necessary action to maintain standards.
• Evaluate Guest Satisfactions and monitor trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Supervise staff evaluation exercise.
• Monitor the grooming, standards and performance of all team members.
• Oversee department’s recruitment and training needs.
• Supervise department’s inventory and ordering processes.
• Administer write-offs and handle new purchases.
• Investigate complaints and take corrective action.
• Competent in property management systems.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:-

• Diploma In Hotel Management or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity in a hotel or in a similar managerial role.
• Possess strong training, leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough medical examinations and assessments of patients.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and common medical conditions.
• Prescribe appropriate medications, treatments, and therapies based on the diagnosis.
• Provide preventive care, including vaccinations, health screenings, and counseling on healthy lifestyle choices.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and self-care techniques.
• Stay informed about the latest medical research, advancements, and best practices through continuous education and professional development.
• Adhere to medical ethics, standards of practice, and legal requirements.

Requirements:

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Full Registration with SMC

• Supervise and lead a team of staff in the section in handling day-to-day financial matters, month-end and year-end accounts closing, including the preparation and/or review of the monthly, quarterly and year-end audit schedules and financial reporting packages
• Responsible for the good quality of the balance sheet

Requirements

• Higher qualified/experienced candidates will be considered for the Senior Finance Executive/Accountant position
• IT savvy - proficient in Microsoft Office such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Hands-on experience with SAP system will be an advantage
• Prior audit experience will be an advantage
• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
• Meticulous, motivated, committed, resourceful and able to work independently
