Roles & Responsibilities

. To supervise the current team of cleaners ensuring a high level of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the academy and maintaining the effective running of the team. 2. To be aware of the conditions associated with the cleaning of the academy relating to the academy / site users and to work to the appropriate Health and Safety rules and processes. 3. To use the appropriate equipment, materials, tools and machinery to ensure the job is done effectively. 4. Cleaning duties will include cleaning, washing, sweeping, scrubbing, sanitising, shampooing, vacuum cleaning, polishing and dusting of designated areas as required by the School. 5. Specialist cleaning where requested by the School, i.e. Carpet shampooing. 6. To report any damage / defects to the appropriate person. 7. The Assistant Manager (Operations) assists the management of cleaning operation duties as directed by the manager. This includes managing resources, work procedures, service contracts and work incidents. The candidate is also required to implement and recommend operation plans to improve work processes and service quality for the organization, required to performs site visits and is expected to communicate with relevant stakeholders and clients as part of his role in performing operational duties.

• Prepares the client’s formal board case file by conducting research in connection with pending and past cases, analyzes factual and legal issues, gathers and analyzes medical records, diagnostic evaluations, and formulary tables.
• Coordinate and support the Soldiers Medical Evaluation Board Counsel (SMEBC) during the MEB process; research and analyze medical and legal issues and complete work product in a timely and professional manner.
