Our General Managers work 44 hours per week and shifts include evenings and weekends. The salary for this role is up to £50,000 p/a depending on experience.

Position: Grounds Maintenance Operative
Location: GL3
Salary: £13.45 per hour
Hours: Tuesday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Contract: Long-term

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a ride-on mower efficiently and safely.
• Towing equipment as needed for various tasks.
• Driving to different locations as part of daily duties.
• Maintaining the upkeep and appearance of the grounds.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driving license.
• Ability to tow and handle large equipment.
• Experience with ride-on mowers is essential.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

As a General Operative, your responsibilities will include ensuring the timely supply of materials to and from machines, packing products, and managing their transfer to the warehouse.

Hours of work - 40 hours per week. Monday-Friday 7am-4pm

Salary - £25,022 per annum (subject to review in April)

• Material Handling - Transporting rolls, storing them on racks, transferring them to and from machines, and retrieving pallets and packaging.
• Pallet truck & spike truck driving
• Coil packing & labelling
• Roll pallet stretch wrapping & labelling
