Manage and oversee the entire Record to Report (R2R) process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards with minimum experience of 10 to 12 years

Prepare financial statements, reports and reconciliations to support month-end and year-end close activitiess

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve financial data integrity

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute R2R activities, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities: 

Accounting: 

• Review general ledger balances, understand trends and challenge any anomalies 
• Review and approve monthly Trial Balance, Balance Sheet & P&L’s reports 
• Finalisation and reporting of accounts on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis 
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS/I-GAAP 
• Overlook maintenance of day-to-day accounting on SAGE of Indian group subsidiaries

Direct & Indirect Tax Compliance: 

• Statutory and regulatory compliance like Income tax, GST, TDS, etc.  
• Independently handling statutory/tax/transfer pricing audits 
• Track, prepare and submit responses to various departmental notices/scrutiny’s/assessments including representations 
• Miscellaneous tasks: 
• Effective interaction with other departments, units and subsidiaries of the Company for various activities on timely basis,
