Responsibilities:

• Support the preparatory work to curate content for local and overseas publications, advertorials, social media platforms, etc.
• Content creation (visuals and videos) for digital marketing, publicity materials and collaterals for GPL.
• Assist in the coordination and planning of local and overseas outreach events and activities.
• Support the maintenance of NIE GPL’s marketing content calendar, including organic and paid campaigns.

ACTRIS

The Advanced Cell Therapy and Research Institute, Singapore (ACTRIS) was established to meet the increasing clinical demand of using cellular therapeutics to treat various life-threatening diseases. ACTRIS’ vision is to be the national and regional Centre of Excellence for discovery, process development and manufacturing of cellular-based therapeutics across the broad spectrum of immunotherapy and regenerative medicine, encompassing both investigational and approval products for the local market. What you will be working on

Manage Facility:

• Ensuring that the facility is in compliance with GMP regulations. This includes developing and implementing procedures and processes, maintaining accurate and up to date records and documentation, conducting regular audits to ensure compliance, reporting incidences and preparing reports and data as required by management or to regulatory authorities.
• Assist to manage equipment- and system-related investigations, CAPAs, deviations change controls and to review records.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role will be reporting to the Sr. Director, GPS (Global Places and Services) APAC based in Singapore and serve as a member of GPS’s APAC Leadership Team. WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

If this is you, you’ll be working with the GPS APAC team and performing a wide range of tasks to optimize existing operations, delivery insight for the GEO and Global leaders, and be a thought partner in streamlining the future APAC operating model.

On any given day, you might be leading team meetings or workshops, brainstorming solutions to complex problems or running detailed analysis of our service delivery model. This includes creating high-quality and impactful presentations and reports in Excel, as well as input into strategic programs. The Operations Executive actively supports the daily cleaning operations and deploying of manpower movement and ensuring high standard of cleaning services management.

Job Responsibilities:
• Assists Operations Manager in various project sites and coordination of manpower deployment.
• Provide training to new hires in relation to the expected standards of work, cleanliness, hygiene and safety (including machine handling)
• Conduct regular inspection to uphold the high level of cleanliness and work standards and to meet the clients’ expectations.
• Monitor staff’s attendance to ensure all overtime are being compiled correctly and meeting the payroll’s requirements.
• Manage and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies inventory.
• Key liaison personnel with the customers on service level and performance standards.
• Implement, review and revise of existing and new processes and/or productivity improvement methods.
• Any other duties as directed

Job Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of related working experiences in cleaning operations management or similar position.
• Responsible with positive working and learning attitude.
• Team player and possess good supervisory and interpersonal skill.

• At least bilingual in communication and must be comfortable in handling Mandarin-speaking clientele.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to work after office hours and weekends as and when needed.

Job Highlights:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Maintain QMS documents for the accreditations of ISO/IEC 17025 & SAC-Singlas in Non-destructive Test (NDT) field.

· Handle external assessment and audits by external/internal auditors and governmental bodies

· Maintain & develop quality manual, procedures, forms, etc.

· Develop training programs and materials pertaining to laboratory quality management system in company.

· Maintain laboratory’s equipment and tools' calibration program.

· Attend to customers' requests for quality-related documents.

· Support overseas branches for NDT related quality matters.

· Carry out investigations should there be any valid customer complaint.

· Perform root cause analysis for identified non-conforming works.

· Arrange proficiency testing or inter-laboratory comparison program.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Sciences from a recognised institution.

· Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in a similar industry or Marine, Oil & Gas and QA/QC industries would be an advantage, i.e. industrial attachment, previous job.

· Need to possess ASNT NDT Level 3 or equivalent in Magnetic Particle testing, Dye Penetrant Test, Ultrasonic Test (A-scan) & Radiographic Test (Gamma, X-ray, Digital radiography)

· Organized and attentive to details

· Able to multitask and highly proficient at work.

· Able to work independently with minimal supervision, and work under pressure

· Proactive and has the “can do” attitude.

· Able to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Willing to travel overseas when necessary.
