Summary of Duties:

Main Duties:

Resolve any issues raised by the on-call engineers.

Lead projects/teams - providing technical support for onsite engineers and office staff.

To make immediate decisions as regards the repair requirements should the original job order not reflect the actual works required and to inform the relevant director

To inform the tenant (with reason) when it is not possible to complete a repair within the first visit and make mutually agreed arrangements to return to complete and inform the relevant director

To ensure that all items of tenant's furnishings are protected at all times.

Direct helpers engaged in assembly or installation of heating systems or components.

Liaise with management and or client to ensure all works are completed.

Ensure that all works and repairs are completed safely and in accordance with current codes and practices.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Essential:

• Extensive experience as a lead engineer.
• Recognised gas apprenticeship and Commercial gas certificates ACS - CCN1, CEN1, HTR1, WAT1, CKR1, CPA1

• Gas experience within the commercial sector e.g. Analysing, fault finding, service, repair and maintenance on gas/heating installations and appliances.
• Working knowledge of test equipment including an electrical multi-meter
• Flexible approach:

multiple sites across the West & East Midlands as well as some wider travel as required.

The Senior Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor (LPMHC) is under the Mental Health & Behavioral Sciences Service and works with and clinically supports Acute Care Mental Health, which includes an inpatient psychiatric unit, inpatient medicine, and the emergency department. In addition to providing direct patient care, the Senior LPMHC functions as the facility Baker Act Coordinator and has supportive administrative duties.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Providing a full range of mental health services to patients with complex mental, medical, and psychosocial problems in Acute Care Mental Health.
• Completing Suicide Risk Identification to include CSREs, Safety Plans, and consultation with the Suicide Prevention Team as needed.

• Cleaning Materials, Equipment, and Techniques - Knowledge of use, handling, storage, and disposal of cleaning chemicals and equipment (including Material Safety Data Sheet requirements), and use of personal protective equipment.
• Housekeeping Tracking and Inventory - Knowledge of inventory and purchasing policies, procedures, and best practices.
• General Housekeeping - Knowledge of procedures, policies and techniques for cleaning all public areas, trash handling and removal, room item replenishment and placement, treatment of room damage and stain removal, use of cleaning supplies, floor care and maintenance, general housekeeping codes, cart care, uniform control, inventory management, room status change systems and opening and closing of the house. Ability to use general housekeeping codes to indicate room readiness.
• EIWO (Everything In Working Order) - The ability to inspect and identify guest room components (e.g., light bulbs, remote control, air conditioning units, toilets, appliances, vacuums) for functional deficiencies. This includes reporting procedures.
• Environmental Sustainability – Knowledge of products and procedures that reduce, recycle or reuse natural resources such as bed linen and towel re-use programs.
• Preventative Maintenance - Knowledge of general cleaning programs and policies to extend the life of materials and areas. For example, knowledge of carpet, tile, and floor care including daily cleaning, heavy extraction, and interim cleaning.
