THE JOB

US Concerts is seeking a Clerk – Cleaning and Maintenance Services to keep our venues show-ready and create an incredible fan experience. This position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the venue's business goals and objectives.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

​Responsible for keeping the venue safe and clean at all times, including by not limited to: clean and disinfect all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors and walls of restrooms, keep all guest facing area free of trash, restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed.

• Ensure the venue is show ready before the fans arrive each night.
• Stocking all necessary items before guests enter the venue.
• Keep the venue safe by cleaning up any spills.
• Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.
• Show CARE by participating in the venue’s sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

• Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.

• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.

The Role:

- Diagnose safety issues around the site, help prevent potential safety hazards.

- Perform regular preventive maintenance around the site, buildings, misc projects and landscaping.

- Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.

- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

- If applicable, driving forklift and/or other company vehicles and complete all required tasks that fall under those positions.

- Assist with the housekeeping of the venue and site including by not limited to: clean and disinfect all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors and walls of restrooms, keep all guest facing area free of trash, restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed.

- Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.

- Ensure that venue and outbuildings are cleaned and stocked before gates open.

- Make sure all site signage, tents, tables, chairs, trash cans, etc. are set properly and neatly before gates open.

- Ensure the site and outbuildings stay clean and stocked during events.

- Participate in the venue’s sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.

- Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue - this includes collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.

THE ROLE 

USANA Amphitheatre is seeking seasonal Maintenance crew members for the 2024 season! This position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the venue and equipment. 

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO 

• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities. 
• Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions. 
• Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test and adjust. 
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties. 
• Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision. 
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. 
• Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines. 

• Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities. 
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. 
• Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned. 
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service. 
• Show CARE by participating in venue sustainability efforts such as sorting waste into correct bins, educating our fans about our efforts or collecting recyclables from the lawn before and after the show. 
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed by the GM or Operations Manager. 

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING 

• Requires a high school diploma/GED. 
• Must be able to work up to 16-hour shifts on show days. 
• Ability to multitask in fast paced, high demand work environment regardless of weather and other outdoor elements. 
• Driver’s license encouraged. Forklift and machinery operating experience appreciated. 
• Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting, and carrying 50 lbs.+ and occasional sitting.
