Position Overview

The Vice President (VP) of Infrastructure will play a critical role in the management, sourcing, and execution of investment opportunities for the infrastructure fund. The individual will work closely with senior management to formulate the strategic direction of the fund’s investment portfolio, oversee the due diligence process, lead investment teams, and manage relationships with external stakeholders such as co-investors, advisors, and regulators.

As a key member of the team, the VP will be responsible for identifying attractive investment opportunities, structuring complex deals, performing financial modelling and analysis, and ultimately driving the fund’s growth and returns. Key Responsibilities

Investment Sourcing & Strategy Development

• Identify and source new investment opportunities in the infrastructure sector, with a focus on core infrastructure (e.g., energy, utilities, transport, telecommunications, logistics and digital infrastructure).
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals, advisors, brokers, and other deal sources to ensure a strong pipeline of opportunities.
