• We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide support to Management team member of WRB Technology. This role will coordinate and manage business support, scheduling and preparation of materials. The ROLE

The Executive Assistant will use their organizational and time management skills to support the day-to-day logistics of their assigned Executives. WHAT YOU WILL DO

· Executive assistant to 3-4 assigned executives both local and remote

· Consistently work toward an understanding the executive(s) line of business, clients and team

· Identify new ways to add value & proactively take on new tasks to help the executive be more productive

· Perform as direct assistant to the office executives to include calendar management, expense reporting and logistics associated with staff management

· Receive, screen and manage calls and respond to inquiries and requests for information as directed

· Prepare, type, format and proofread a wide variety of documentation as needed

• Provides dedicated executive assistant support to the Host and Compute as the primary Information Officer.
• Manages incoming information for relevance and applicability to the Executive’s level of responsibility and ascertains the need for time on the Executive’s schedule.
• Acts as the primary Task Officer/Action Officer, facilitating all tasks and suspense items received for action, review, or response; Determines action required and assigns to appropriate office.
• Conducts progress checks of on-going activities and projects to ensure that policies, timeliness and information are properly presented.
