1. Role Description
This position reports to Chai Kah Mei, Managing Director of XIWEI CULTURE CENTER PTE LTD. Xiwei Culture Center Pte Ltd is committed to provide Learning Education Training Services and Motivational Course Providers.
2. Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
1. Implement Sales Strategy
2. Identify New Sales Opportunities
3. Convert sales opportunities to client accounts
4. Onboard new customers
5. Establish Channel Sales Partnerships & Manage relationship with Clients and Channel Partners
6. To Develop New Business Opportunities
3. Competencies
1. Proficient in creating lead generation plans to maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities. Gain the ability to set targets and objectives for organizational sales. capable of overseeing the development, management, and execution of go-to-market strategies.
2. Ability to identify new sales opportunities among existing clients. Skilled in presenting new products and services to both current and prospective clients.
3. Able to oversee the preparation of documents and materials for meetings and negotiations. Possess the ability to strategize various approaches to sales opportunities. Additionally, proficient in creating sales proposals, quotes, and bid documents.
4. Capability to oversee the client onboarding process and offer suggestions for its enhancement. Skilled in designing and managing the delivery of client onboarding programs. Furthermore, will be adept at providing personalized guidance to new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and high satisfaction levels.
5. Capable of overseeing partnership agreements and managing order and contracting documentation. Skilled in evaluating client feedback to identify areas for improvement and recommending changes to enhance the overall client experience. Adept at resolving client feedback and market sentiments, escalating issues when necessary to enhance products and services. Additionally, able to develop engagement plans and activities to foster and strengthen relationships with clients. Regular interactions with clients and partners will be conducted to uncover existing and potential business concerns and needs.
6. Actively participate in industry and networking events to expand their professional network. Additionally, conduct outreach efforts through calls, on-site visits, and emails to identify and connect with potential clients. These proactive measures are essential for discovering new business opportunities and fostering meaningful client relationships.

Mature Mid-Career Individuals (40 years old and above as of 2024) - $ 3,800
6. Education Qualifications Required for the Traineeship Role under SGUnited Traineeship
DIPLOMA or PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION
This position is open for both recent graduates and mid-career individuals (mature and non-mature). Graduates interested in this position should possess a Poly Diploma Qualification. Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.
