Position Summary:
As a Part-Time Cleaner at Angel S Services, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks in a remote capacity, ensuring that our clients' spaces are spotless and welcoming. This role is ideal for individuals looking for flexible working hours that fit within their schedules, while also providing the opportunity to make a positive impact on our clients' surroundings.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Cleaning: Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in various remote locations as assigned by the management.
- Restroom Maintenance: Clean and disinfect restrooms regularly, ensuring all areas are sanitary, inviting, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Waste Management: Collect and dispose of waste and recyclables appropriately, following company guidelines for waste sorting and disposal.
- Deep Cleaning: Occasionally perform deep cleaning tasks, including but not limited to carpet shampooing, window washing, and high dusting, as required.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to the management to ensure necessary supplies are replenished.
- Client Interaction: Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and address any specific cleaning requests or concerns promptly and politely.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
- Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback on cleaning processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not essential.
- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for cleanliness.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Must be able to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
- A smartphone or computer with internet access will be necessary for communication and scheduling.
Working Conditions:
- This is a remote position based in Singapore, allowing for flexible hours and the ability to choose your working times within the weekly hours allocated.
- You may need to travel to different client locations based on the job assignments provided by the management.
Compensation:
