ST Consult, based in attractive rural offices at Hannington in Hampshire, is part of Southern Testing, an established company providing environmental and geotechnical consultancy and site investigation services to the private and public sectors. The role of Site Technician / Trainee site technician involves mostly outdoor work and the successful applicant will be responsible for carrying out basic geotechnical and/or geoenvironmental site investigations and site tests and provide general assistance as instructed by our engineers. A full clean driving licence including categories B and E, are essential. Previous experience is desirable but not essential. You should be physically fit, enjoy the outdoors, be willing to take on a variety of activities and have formal qualifications in maths and English to at least GCSE or equivalent level.

The position is full time, Monday to Friday, working a minimum of 7.5 hours a day but part time employment could be considered for the right candidate.

The Litigation Coordinator will handle a portfolio of cases, working closely with contractors and legal teams to ensure that disrepair cases are resolved promptly, while maintaining a high standard of service for tenants and leaseholders, and accurate record of the repairs history for individual repairs cases.
The role will ensure accurate monitoring of repair cases, including repairs history, expenditure and financial forecasting on legal disrepair cases, and enable informed decision making to effectively manage the overall disrepair programme, including prioritization of disrepair cases.
