Tugas dan Fungsi :

• Melaksanakan service rutin berdasarkan jadwal yang dibuat oleh manager depot
• Melakukan pengecekan terhadap seluruh fungsi unit untuk memastikan unit beroperasi dengan baik dan layak
• Menginformasikan ke manager depot bila ada sparepart yang memerlukan penggantian
• Memberikan laporan penggunaan jam kerja, laporan service dan laporan penggantian sparepart kepada manager depot
• Menangani keluhan pelanggan saat melakukan service rutin
• Menangani unit-unit callback atas perintah dari zone manager, manager depot maupun callback center
• Melakukan pekerjaan-pekerjaan perbaikan dan penggantian sparepart atas perintah dari zone manager maupun dari manager depot

Kualifikasi:

• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang cukup
• Memiliki pengetahuan teknis yang baik
• Memiliki SIO perawatan
• Minimal SMK/D1/D3 jurusan teknik mesin /sejenis
• Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun
• Berpengalaman di dunia elevator escalator diutamakan

Perawatan dan perbaikan Kelistrikan Mesin dan Industri.

Memahami dan Menguasai Basic Elektronika, Basic Sistem Kontrol

Menjaga & merawat semua alat - alat yang ada dalam lingkungan pabrik

Mengontrol dan mengadakan preventive maintenance pada saat alat - alat tersebut beroperasi

Mencatat parameter - parameter penunjukan pada alat - alat tersebut seperti temperature, tekanan, kondisi, v - belt, kopling dll, untuk mengetahui performance alat.

Mengadakan overhoul terhadap alat - alat setiap tahunnya dengan schedule yang telah di tentukan atasan yang mengacu kepada maintenance guide line

Menjaga kelangsungan alat, seminimum mungkin tidak ada break down pada saat beroperasi

Melaporkan kepada atasan bila terjadi kelainan pada alat sehingga dapat segera di ambil tindakan penyelesaian

Menjaga dan menyiapkan kondisi spare part dan tool untuk perbaikan dengan selalu kondisi siap pakai

Membuat alat - alat bantu untuk mempermudah saat maintenance.

Selalu membersihkan lingkungan kerja setelah bekerja dan kebersihan lokasi pabrik

Menjalankan dan menerapkan program keselamatan kerja, ISO dan 5 S pada perusahaan

We have an exciting 2 year fixed term opportunity within our highways Network Management service for an Assistant Engineer/Senior Technician. In this role you will assist in the delivery of traffic and road safety initiatives including accident investigation, traffic regulation orders and other general measures to improve the safety and efficiency of the highway network.

Working on a number of high profile and innovative projects, you will have an opportunity to work closely with other members of the Traffic Management Team to deliver positive change for the city, building on the good work already undertaken in aiding road safety and enhancing traffic management in Coventry.

Day to day you will be responsible for undertaking site inspections across the city, investigating and responding to enquires from elected members, members of the public and other stakeholders and managing and co-ordinating programmes of work to help residents, businesses and visitors to Coventry travel safely and conveniently across and through the city.

We seek a proactive, enthusiastic individual interested in highways and transport. You should have a practical working knowledge of traffic management and its role in ensuring people and goods can move efficiently and safely around the city.

You will need to be enthusiastic, and diplomatic and have previous experience in working with the public.

To be successful in this role you will also have

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• The ability to interpret and assess a range of data sources to aid and inform decision making

• Demonstrate understanding of Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) procedures and comply accordingly on the job.
• Attend to breakdown maintenance calls at various job sites.
• Support Service Operations Team to achieve department objectives on service sales targets and service quality standards.

Your Requirements:

• Diploma, Higher Nitec or Nitec level.
• Relevant work experiences on service and maintenance of elevators and escalators will be an advantage but not a must.
• Team player and willing to learn on the job.
• Candidates who possess a valid Class 3 or 3A driving license will be advantageous.
