Requirements:

 Minimum SPM or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

 Must have BIM knowledge

要求：

• 會計、金融或相關領域的正式資格（學位、文憑）

• 對會計原則和馬來西亞當地慣例有深入的了解。
• 熟練會計軟體和Microsoft Word、Excel 和 Outlook。
• 出色的分析和解決問題的能力。

職位描述

• 招標執行官將被授權，負責成功提交公司的技術商業報價。 （作為個人或團隊貢獻者）
• 候選人必須具備在緊張的時間限制下工作的能力，經常同時完成幾項任務，同時能夠在註重細節的環境中保持高品質的工作。
• 候選人需要具有出色的溝通和催促能力，以便可以從各個供應商和各方（內部和外部）匯總最終的成本投入

主要職責

• 協調、準備和編制與招標/投標活動、招標調查表和資格預審有關的投標文件。
• 組織和利用與招標/投標活動和合約審查有關的所有相關部門和利害關係人的努力；
• 協調規劃、工程、生產、QA/QC、HSE等各部門內的客戶投標要求，整理並彙整所有查詢及附加資訊請求，以便與客戶溝通；
• 協助商務部門與現有和潛在的合作夥伴/客戶建立良好的關係；
• 審查收到的投標並記下投標截止日期、項目開始和結束日期、投標提交說明/要求和提交方式；
• 整理提交所需的投標資訊和來自線上搜尋引擎、行業和市場情報數據等各種來源的參考資料；
• 監督並確保嚴格遵守投標提交截止日期，包括檢查、裝訂、包裝和準備外發投標書；
• 確保投標文件在格式、字體、標誌等方面標準化。
• 進行招標後的勝負活動和評審過程，包括情報收集、資料整理和所有投標者提交資料的比較，以提高公司的投標競爭力。
• 執行上級指派的任何任務，例如辦公室行政職責。

任職資格及要求

• 技術學科學位/文憑
• 熟悉招標流程並具有 3 – 4 年類似職位的經驗
• 具有石油天然氣和/或發電廠行業工程相關設備和產品技術商業投標的候選人將獲得更高優先權
• 所需語言： 馬來語、英語
• 所需技能：懂計算機。具備 Microsoft 能力，包括 Word、Excel 和 Outlook

職位描述

銷售主管將領導公司旋轉設備特別是離心式泵浦/壓縮機的銷售活動。候選人的任務應包括建立和維持良好的客戶關係，專業且稱職地管理我們的外國委託人，以維持長期的業務關係。

主要職責和義務

• 與原始設備製造商/OEM、當地技術人員密切合作，為現有和潛在客戶提供產品、解決方案和服務。
• 協調和專案管理－可能涉及其他利害關係人的中小型專案。 （內部團隊、分包商、供應商、客戶等）
• 必須能夠在最少的監督下獨立工作，並作為一個團隊來實現目標。
• 定期跟進客戶並報告機會和狀態更新。
• 參與行銷活動，收集市場數據並定期追蹤競爭對手的活動/資訊。
• 根據需要，親力親為、出差拜訪客戶和現場工作是必要的。
• 具發電廠和/或石油和天然氣行業相關知識和經驗者優先。
• 將根據需要提供銷售「在職」培訓和產品熟悉課程，以勝任預期的職責。
• 參與任何招標活動，包括準備所需的提交文件、定價和成本編制
• 執行上級指派的任何任務，包括非銷售管理職責。
