This Supervisory Intelligence Operations Specialist (IRPB Branch Manager) position is located in Operations Support (OS), Intelligence and Analysis (I&A), Field Information & Intelligence Division (FIID), Intelligence Planning, and Reporting Branch (IPRB), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Duties include but are not limited to:

• Ensures branch staff command use of and direct training as needed for technology collaboration tools, such as INTELINK suite of tools; JWICS (C-LAN, TINMAN, etc.), HSDN and unclassified systems (HSIN, etc.); Intelligence Community (IC) Information Technology Equipment (ITE). IC Spaces; and open source-tools to promote government-industry information sharing across unclassified, Secret and Top-Secret (TS)/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) domains.
• Manages technological collaboration tools access and tracks unexpected developments that are encountered and recommends changes in strategy to accomplish internal and external tasks in support of stakeholder needs.
• Develops and implements processes establishing a highly collaborative work organization for the sharing of transportation security related intelligence and threat information, while protecting privacy, civil liberties, and civil rights.
