The successful candidate will join the Information Technology Division, System Technology department and will be responsible for managing Content Delivery Network (CDN) which includes Cyber Security, as well as administering Monitoring and Log Management Tools.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Work closely with CDN providers and application teams to ensure internet websites/mobile apps are healthy in terms of availability, response time and security posture.

• Conduct regular security reviews and finetune WAF and BOT rules to mitigate any cyber threats.

• Responsible for opening and closing public toilets at the correct time

Paralegal (Litigation), Brighton based, hybrid working (6 days per month in the Brighton office minimum), £31684, permanent role, to support the legal team.

Looking for someone with a law degree, CILEX CPQ Foundation/equivalent qualification or equivalent experience to such qualification, from a litigation background. Must have strong knowledge of the Criminal Procedure Rules and court practice.

As a Paralegal you will be involved with:

• Providing effective litigation support including copying and/or preparation of high-quality bundles for use in regulatory or enforcement investigations and proceedings through the efficient management of documents using the inhouse document management software.
• Assist in document review and disclosure exercises, including searching for relevant evidence, identifying privileged material, listing, reviewing and redacting documents.
• Liaise with Counsel and other external parties.
• Record and monitor legal costs.
• Provide support to lawyers at meetings, Tribunal and Court hearings.
• Format, produce and arrange service of legal documents.
• Conduct high quality legal research on request.
• Prepare first drafts of legal advice on request.
• Depending on prior experience and satisfactory completion of training, draft Tribunal pleadings and appear at hearings with lawyer oversight and supervision.
• Take witness statements.
• Provide general assistance at meetings, including drafting agendas and taking accurate minutes of meetings.
• Provide effective support to the lawyers' Know How groups, contribute to know how and training within the legal team.
