• Use a variety of state-of-the-art physical security equipment to protect MOT national security assets from all threats to include waterborne, vehicle-borne, rail-borne and airborne to include drone technology.

• Incumbent will perform as a radio net controller and transmit and receive law enforcement communications traffic. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Operate a multi-frequency and multi-agency radio console with several paging systems, cross-frequency patching, and phone patching.
• Coordinate, monitor, and assist with operations via telephone and radio between a variety of agencies and personnel.

• Serve as a Physical Security Technical Expert of the Security Support Division within a Specialized Security Assignment
• Plan, develop, troubleshoots and implement new, modified, and/or upgraded programs and systems that are vital to the organization's mission.
• Assist in establishing and executing the program goals and objectives of the Enterprise for Security and Access Control Program.

As the Civil Engineer in this position, you will:

• Conduct engineering analysis by performing and coordinating technical planning activities, data collection that includes validation and management, modeling and data analysis, analysis of site location and conditions, risk estimation and analysis, and analysis of instrumentation data.
• Provide oversight of on-site construction work, including inspection and acceptance of work performed by a contractor.
• Review designs for constructability, drafts specifications, determines and evaluates construction sequencing, researches and prepares cost estimates.
• Design drainage structures, evaluates hydraulic capacities.
• Use application of applied mechanics, including the distribution of loads, stresses from static and dynamic loads, and strength of materials and structural dynamics.

• You will direct, coordinate and review the efforts of assigned subordinate engineers and engineering technicians in major programs for the long range development, acquisition modification repair, modernization and management.
